As the next-generation power network,smart grid perfectly combines modern communication technology,sensor technology,and automation technology,which effectively improving the efficiency,reliability and stability of the power network.As an important infrastructure of the smart grid architecture,smart meters are widely deployed in power consumption areas to record users’ power consumption data and ensure the safe,reliable and efficient operation of smart grids.However,these data are not only user’s privacy data,but also used for smart grid monitoring,power dispatching,load balancing and so on.It will cause huge losses if these data are leaked or tampered,which has become an important factor limiting the further development of smart grid.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the data security of smart meters.By analyzing the current research status of data privacy and security of smart meters at home and abroad to study problems about data security of smart meters,effective data security protection schemes are proposed from two aspects of smart meter high-frequency data and low-frequency data.Therefore,the main work and contributions of this thesis are as follows:1.The high-frequency power data in smart meters provides guarantee for the stable operation of smart grid,but these data are closely related to user privacy and need to be protected.Aiming at the problems of high complexity,low data availability,and low realizability in the current smart meter data aggregation scheme,this thesis proposes a safe and efficient smart meter real-time electricity data aggregation scheme,which uses the RSA encryption algorithm to encrypt and sign the user’s electricity data,and local differential privacy is combined to resist differential attacks and protect user data privacy.Finally,this thesis analyzes and demonstrates security and effectiveness of the scheme by simulation experiments.2.The low-frequency power data in smart meters is mainly used for account management and billing,which is user’s privacy data and need to consider the storage security and privacy protection.Therefore,in view of the single point failure and untrustworthiness of the current centralized storage of power data,and combined with the security of block chain technology,a new storage scheme for smart meter power data based on block chain technology is proposed to protect the security of smart meter data.Finally,the scheme is implemented on the Fabric platform and its performance is tested and analyzed.
