Location based services(LBSs)in the internet of vehicles(IoV)have been widely used in recent years.In order to enjoy the service of interest,the in-vehicle user needs to submit the update of the geographic location and query content information to the LBS service provider.Once this information is illegally obtained by the attacker,it will cause the leakage of the user’s sensitive information.Therefore,it is necessary to implement joint protection for the location and query content information sent by the in-vehicle user.However,current privacy protection mechanisms often only consider one of these two types of privacy protection,and can’t provide users with appropriate protection according to their privacy requirements,which will still cause serious privacy leakage problems.Therefore,this paper proposes a personalized privacy protection technical solution in the IoV,which introduces the concepts of differential privacy and dummy query construction to jointly protect the location privacy and query privacy of in-vehicle users in continuous LBS scenarios.The main work is as follows:1.Regarding the location privacy protection of the IoV,aiming at the problem that the existing location privacy protection mechanisms don’t provide personalized privacy protection for users based on their sensitive needs at different service request locations and the traffic information in the area,this paper proposes a personalized location privacy based on differential privacy Protection scheme.Firstly,in the face of the uncertain characteristics of the transportation network,a route selection method that considers the individual needs of drivers is proposed.Then,on the selected driving route,by measuring the impact of sensitivity and road network environment on location privacy,a personalized privacy budget allocation algorithm is proposed to meet the differentiated privacy protection needs of users.2.Regarding the query privacy protection of the IoV,aiming at the privacy leakage problem caused by the existing query privacy protection mechanisms that can’t provide corresponding protection based on the sensitivity of the query attributes sent by users,this paper studies a personalized query privacy protection scheme based on generating dummy queries,it can effectively calculate the sensitivity of the query attributes issued by the vehicle user,and set the corresponding query privacy protection level according to the calculated sensitivity,select the qualified dummy query and the real query to form a set and send it to the LBS service provider.Thus,personalized privacy protection can be provided for users according to their sensitive needs for querying attributes.3.Finally,simulation experiments based on real data sets show that the personalized privacy protection technical scheme in the IoV proposed in this paper improves privacy protection and service utility level to a certain extent compared with the existing privacy protection schemes.
