| Since the reform and opening up,China has implemented the strategy of rejuvenating the country through science and education.Education is a key link of development and an important driving force of economic construction.In the past 20 years,colleges and universities across the country have continuously expanded their enrollment,and higher education has shifted from elite to mass.With the development of higher education popularization,the increasing demand of infrastructure construction in colleges and universities,advanced provinces and cities are building huge campus,there are more and more colleges and universities take the multi-campus running mode,all kinds of university infrastructure projects carried out quickly and how to do college construction project risk management is particularly important.Through careful reading and study a large number of relevant literature,this paper first describes the project management and risk management theory,summarizes the connotation and characteristics of university infrastructure project risk management,causes and existing problems,and then create the use of analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method research university capital construction project risk identification and evaluation of specific steps.Secondly,the experimental teaching building construction project of a university is selected as the sample of the risk management of the university infrastructure project.Through a large number of data collection and actual participation in management,the Delphi analysis method is used to systematically analyze and identify many risk factors faced by the project in each stage of its whole life cycle.Using the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to identify all kinds of risk factors at all stages of life cycle evaluation,calculated the weight of all kinds of risk factors,risk factors and further build fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model,analysis the influence degree of the risk factors of experiment teaching building construction project.Finally,on the basis of the above research and based on the conclusions of risk assessment,the risk response plan and monitoring measures are formulated for each stage of the life cycle of the experimental teaching building construction project,so as to provide strong support for improving and improving the quality and efficiency of the risk management of the project.In this paper,on the basis of the theory knowledge learning,combining the reality of a university experiment teaching building construction project,the project risk identification,assessment,and put forward the corresponding solutions and measures to monitor,combined theory with practice,effectively reduce the risk of the project implementation process,provides decision support for the project construction management.At the same time,it provides reference and reference for other university infrastructure projects in the future,and encourages Chinese scholars to pay more attention to the research on risk management of university infrastructure projects,so as to promote the development of this discipline. |
