For the purpose of improving power and system efficiency,equipment which based on high-speed motors is more and more widely used,puts forward higher requirements for bearing systems.Compared with traditional mechanical bearings and passive magnetic bearings,active magnetic bearings(AMB)have become a representative of high-performance supporting systems due to their non-contact,non-lubrication,ability to withstand high speed operation and active adjustment,etc.,and have been used more and more widely in modern industry.This paper mainly studies the control of AMBs-rigid rotor system.Firstly,a mathematical model of AMBs-rigid rotor system is established in this paper.Analyses the working principle and system structure of the AMB system.Then based on the basic model of the unbalanced rotor,establishes the mathematical model of the AMBs-rigid rotor system,including electromagnetic force calculation and linearization,magnetic bearing body,switching power amplifier and eddy current displacement sensor mathematical mode,which lays a theoretical foundation for the following control system parameter tuning and research.Then,the static stability control and dynamic unbalance vibration suppression of AMBsrigid rotor system are studied.First of all,carried out the theoretical calculation of PID parameter tuning,which lays a theoretical foundation for the adjustment of PID in the followup research.Then,in order to solve the coupling problem between the degrees of freedom of the system,a control method based on linear state feedback decoupling is proposed.MATLAB/Simulink software is used for simulation analysis,and the effectiveness of the two systems for static stability control is verified.In the part of dynamic unbalance vibration suppression of the system,compared the unbalance current control and the unbalance displacement control,and based on unbalalced displacement control,an iterative current compensation algorithm is studied to suppress the unbalanced vibration of the rotating shaft,and the simulation analysis is carried out by using Matlab/Simulink software to verify its suppression effect on the dynamic unbalanced vibration of the system.Finally,the experimental platform and control system software and hardware of AMBsrigid rotor system are independently designed,and the design idea and process are expounded by introducing the experimental platform and controller.Then carry out the system debugging and control experiments,consistent with the simulation results,the experimental results verified the effectiveness of the static and dynamic control methods mentioned above.
