| With the continuous development of computer information technology,the informatization process of my country’s water conservancy industry is also constantly advancing.The dam project is a major basic construction project.After the completion of the construction work,there are management difficulties in the stage of completion calculation and measurement and settlement,and there are problems such as delay in handling.At this stage,personnel are required to perform concrete,steel water stop and grouting hole calculations on the dam body unit.Because related work is carried out on 2D drawings,there are problems such as insufficient calculation results,unintuitiveness,and poor data sharing.At the same time,because the number of units actually need to be processed is large,the traditional manual calculation method is repetitive and cumbersome.The degree of dependence is high.Therefore,it has important theoretical and practical value to develop an accurate and efficient automatic calculation system for dam body units.This paper analyzes some of the problems in the existing dam measurement and settlement stage process,and after consulting a large number of relevant data,combined with the "Four Simultaneous Management System" project of the Jinsha River Baihetan Hydropower Station based on the deep design of BIM,relying on Auto CAD and Revit With dual platforms,a set of 3D modeling system for automatic calculation of dam body units has been developed.The system integrates functional modules such as login and logout,unit selection,concrete partition,steel water stop partition,grouting partition,etc.,to realize the automatic and accurate calculation of concrete,steel water stop and grouting holes.In order to solve the problem of inaccurate measurement results and low efficiency in the calculation process,this paper proposes an automatic segmentation algorithm for dam elements.The program automatically recognizes the contours of different element models and then performs cutting according to the given segmentation rules.In the process of BIM modeling the results of steel water stop and grouting hole calculations,in order to solve the problem of complicated steel water stop arrangement rules,an automatic arrangement algorithm of steel water stop model is proposed,and the program automatically recognizes the edge And after calculating the arrangement position according to the arrangement rules,the steel bars and water stop are automatically created;for the problem of grouting holes with many positions and indeterminate orientation,an algorithm for automatic creation and position transformation of grouting holes is proposed.The program automatically reads the input hole data,The general position transformation algorithm is used to arrange grouting holes in accurate positions.Finally,the system is tested with the more commonly used input data for each module.The method is compared with the traditional manual calculation method.Combined with the performance of the system in practical applications,it is confirmed that the system can achieve accurate calculation and at the same time as a whole.The efficiency can be increased by about 10 times,and it has strong practicability. |
