| As an assembly-type joint,bolt-ball is widely used in the field of space structure,which has the advantages of reasonable loading and fast installation.However,due to measurement error,machining error and the erro r of construction factors,bolt-ball joint installation tend to twist into the deficiencies in the process of defects,such as to structure safety brought hidden trouble,so the screw in different defects under the stress of the bolt ball node performance and influence the stability of single-layer spherical reticulated shell is of great significance,this article main research content is as follows:The influence of Insufficient screwing-length on the tensile and bending properties of bolt-ball joints is considered.By changing the clearance between the ball and socket bolts to simulate different joints status under insufficient screwing-length,the M20,M24,M27,three kinds of joints under different screw into the defect,the simulation analysis under different tensile and b ending moments,get three joints bending moment-rotation curve.The variation rules of joint stiffness and ultimate bending moment under different tensile forces and insufficient screwing-length are analyzed and summarized.The working mode and failure mechanism of bolt-ball joints under the action of tension and bending are given.The influence of Insufficient screwing-length on the pressure and bending properties of bolt-ball joints is considered.Under different insufficient screwing-length(M20,M24,M27),the simulation analysis under different pressure and bending moments,get three joints bending moment-rotation curve.The working process and failure mode of typical joints are introduced.The change law of joint stiffness and ultimate bending moment under different pressure and insufficient screwing-length is summarized.The working mode and failure mechanism of bolt-ball joints under bending are given.The stiffness of the bolt-ball joints is defined by the moment-Angle curve obtained.The stability analysis model of single layer spherical reticulated shell was established considering the influence of insufficient screwing-length.The stability analysis of K6 single-layer spherical reticular shell with different span and sagittal span ratios under the conditions of insufficient screwing at all position joints and insufficient screwing-length at some position joints was carried out.The variation degree of the stability bearing capacity of the reticular shell is obtained when axial force is taken into account.The influence of insufficient screwing-length on the stability bearing capacity of reticulated shells with different span and span ratio is obtained.The sensitivity of the insufficient screwing-length position to the stability bearing capacity of single-layer spherical reticulated shell is given. |
