Abstract/Summary:
Single layer reticulated shell structure has been used in more and more buildings because of its beautiful shape,simple structure and good mechanical performance.The joint design of single-layer reticulated shell is the key to the structural design.The safety of the joint has a great influence on the whole structure.Once the joint fails,it will cause the stress redistribution of the whole structure,and even lead to the collapse of the building.Combine to preliminary structural design of Wuhan Moon Bay Art Gallery,finite element analysis was carried out for KK type key steel joints to study the bearing capacity stability of three different structural forms of KK joints under the design load,clarify the local stress distribution characteristics of the joints,find the weak positions of the joints,change the parameters of the joints,and study the bending performance of the joints.Firstly,the finite element model design load was extracted from the analysis of the whole structure of the gallery,and the finite element model with weld was established to study the safety and bearing capacity stability of the central insert plate joints under the design load.The thickness of the center insert plate and the size of the weld were changed to observe the local mechanical characteristics,stress distribution and weak position of the joints.The load-displacement curves of the joints were obtained by applying the plane external bending moments to the joints,and the anti-rotation ability and ultimate bearing capacity of the joints were studied.The failure state of the joint is obtained by analyzing the elastoplastic state of the joint.Secondly,a finite element model was established for the two types of hub joints to study the safety of hub joints under the design load and find an optimal hub joints construction scheme.The central cylinder thickness and stiffener thickness were taken as the object of parameter analysis to analyze their effects on the stress distribution state and the bending moment angle curve of hub joints.The static performance,anti-rotation ability,ultimate bearing capacity,and failure state of hub joint are studied.Third,the finite element model of the assembled bolted joints was established to study the influence of the thickness of the sleeve web and the distance between the rod and the connector on the flexural capacity of the bolted joints,and the ultimate flexural capacity and anti-rotation capacity of the assembled bolted joints were studied.Finally,combined with the safety,ultimate bearing capacity and economy of the three types of joint structures under design load,as well as the load-displacement curve and moment-angle curve of the joint,some suggestions are put forward for practical engineering,and reference is provided for similar joint analysis.
