Electric vehicles are the most feasible way to reduce oil consumption in traffic,and the construction of charging stations is a necessary condition for their wide application.In order to make the use of electric vehicles more energy saving and environmental protection,and at the same time to improve the utilization of new energy,the photovoltaic system is integrated into the charging station of electric vehicles,as the power supply for the charging station.However,PV output power is intermittent,depending on weather conditions.Therefore,optical storage and charging stations with photovoltaic system for power generation and battery energy storage for regulation have been developed.Charging stations should be costeffective,efficient and reliable in order to meet the charging needs of electric vehicles.Therefore,this paper takes the photovoltaic charging stations with energy storage systems in office areas as the research object and proposes an energy management strategy to improve the economy of charging stations while meeting the needs of users.In this paper,the overall structure of the charging station is analyzed,the photovoltaic system,energy storage system,charging system are studied,the electricity price mechanism of the grid is studied,and the mathematical model of the charging station is established.A real-time electricity price prediction model based on PSO-SVR was proposed.Support vector regression machine was used to build the prediction model,and the parameters of the support vector regression machine were optimized by particle swarm optimization algorithm.Historical electricity price was used as the data set for prediction.The energy management strategy is proposed to reduce the system operating cost and the circulating quantity of the battery,and the energy flow strategy is set.The real-time electricity price is used to calculate the power purchase cost.The proposed energy management strategy uses a trigger mechanism.After the trigger calculation,the particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to optimize the total charging power of the charging station,and then the power is allocated to each EV according to the power distribution principle.The validity of the proposed energy management strategy of photovoltaic charging station considering real-time electricity price is verified through the calculation example.Compared with the charging state without energy management,the model effectively improves the utilization rate of photovoltaic power generation,reduces the overall load of the charging station,reduces the electricity purchased from the grid,and reduces the total cost of the operator...
