| In recent years,China’s civil aviation industry has developed rapidly,passenger throughput is increasing,and the capacity of major hub airports is also expanding.With the rapid increase of passenger flow,the quality of passenger service in the airport terminal is facing great pressure,especially check-in as the first step of passenger departure.How to predict the number of check-in staff demand under the existing conditions of the airport terminal,and dynamically schedule the check-in staff based on the number of required staff,which is of great significance to make full use of the terminal equipment,improve the operation efficiency of the airport,reduce the departure delay of passengers and improve the service quality of civil aviation passengers.This paper studies the problems of long waiting time for check-in passengers,low efficiency of staff scheduling methods and poor reliability of the methods.Firstly,the paper analyzes the check-in system of airport terminal and the problem of staff scheduling,explains the basic concepts of departure passenger check-in,check-in process and staff scheduling,analyzes the influencing factors of check-in staff scheduling,and excavates and extracts the characteristics of check-in staff scheduling.Then,the arrival distribution of departure passengers is studied by data.The fitting results show that the arrival distribution of passengers in line with the log normal distribution is in line with the log normal distribution,and the arrival distribution function of departure passengers is established.Based on the arrival distribution of passengers,the demand forecasting model of check-in staff is constructed,and the formula and method of model parameters are given.The experimental analysis shows that the model can solve the number of employees meeting the requirements of passenger service.Then,the dynamic scheduling model of check-in staff is established with the goal of minimum delay of waiting time and balance of staff scheduling.The corresponding constraints and penalty values of violation constraints are given.An improved VNS algorithm based on employee demand prediction and probability value is designed to optimize the model.Finally,based on the data of a hub airport in China,the proposed model of employee demand prediction and dynamic shift scheduling are verified.Through programming,the dynamic scheduling scheme of check-in staff in the airport is given,and compared with the manual experience scheduling scheme.The results show that the proposed model of employee demand prediction and dynamic scheduling model based on the improved VNS algorithm can reduce the waiting time of passengers,improve the scheduling efficiency,reduce the delay and resource waste;the improved algorithm has good stability and iterative convergence. |
