Spring-loaded safety valve is a safety device installed in pressure vessel or piping system for throttling and pressure relief when the system is overpressured.Due to the complex structure of the spring-loaded safety valve,when the high-pressure fluid is released and discharged,there will undoubtedly be a relatively turbulent flow inside the valve and downstream pipelines,resulting in violent vibrations,which in turn will cause damage to the pressure vessels or pipeline equipment.At the same time,the noise caused by the damage will also cause harm to the hearing health of the staff.Therefore,it is great significance to study the unsteady flow characteristics in the spring-loaded safety valve and accurately predict the noise emitted by the safety valve to provide a quantitative basis for the acoustic design of the safety valve in the future.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Explain the background and significance of the thesis research,sort out and investigate the progress and current situation of the research and prediction of valve flowinduced noise at home and abroad;(2)Taking the 50A47H-16 C type micro-opening spring-loaded safety valve as the research carrier,the working principle is briefly introduced,and the CFD software Fluent is used to conduct numerical simulation and analysis under different opening heights,revealing the spring-loaded safety Typical flow structure in the valve;(3)Establish a fluid analysis system of Proper Orthogonal Decomposition(POD)and Cross-Correlation Analysis,aiming at the massive flow obtained by numerical simulation of the unsteady high-pressure air flow field in the safety valve The field data is scientifically processed and analyzed,and the various POD modes of the valve pressure field and velocity field under different opening heights are obtained,and the turbulent coherent structure in the valve is further identified and analyzed,and the cause and location of the sound source are judged;(4)Introduce the basic knowledge of acoustics,based on the Mohring method,using Actran acoustic analysis software,under the working conditions of different opening heights and inlet pressures,numerical simulation calculation of the inner and far sound fields of the spring-loaded safety valve,combined with POD The modal decomposition result analyzes the spatial distribution characteristics of the sound field and compares it with the test results in other documents to verify the accuracy of the numerical simulation.
