Experimental Research On Wet-mixed Masonry Mortor Made Of Reclaimed Construction Waste Materials

In this paper,the wet mix mortar used for wall masonry is prepared and produced by using recycled fine aggregate and stone powder as main raw materials.The mechanical properties and working properties of the prepared masonry mortar were studied systematically with waste concrete,waste red brick and their mixture as fine aggregate and stone powder as admixture.The product is used in the construction of practical projects and has achieved good economic and environmental benefits.Based on the research on the properties of recycled solid waste materials,the feasibility of application of this kind of materials in wet mix mortar is determined,and the mix ratio design scheme of wet mix mortar is determined.In this paper,the effects of different aggregate composition on basic physical properties and mechanical properties were studied,and the effects of mix factors on working properties and mechanical properties were obtained,which laid the foundation for wet mix mortar and mix ratio design.The water absorption of recycled fine aggregate of building solid waste is large,and it has great influence on the working property when it is used to prepare masonry mortar instead of ordinary aggregate.The strength of the mortar decreased after the recycled aggregate replaced the ordinary sand,and the mechanical index of the mortar decreased obviously with the increase of the recycled fine aggregate content of the red brick.However,the mechanical properties of masonry mortar can still meet the engineering needs of ordinary masonry mortar.The properties of stone powder and grade II fly ash are similar,which can replace fly ash for the production of masonry mortar.Through the research of this paper,the production technical scheme of wet mix masonry mortar with solid waste of construction industry as the main component is formed,and the technical indexes of mortar can meet the requirements of relevant national norms.
