| With the rapid development of diverse trip modes such as subway,online car-hailing,and shared bicycles over the past decades.However,the public transit is not competitive in terms of reliability,comfort and flexibility.In order to improve the attraction of public transit,the concept of flexible public transit was proposed.As a new type of public transit service mode,flexible public transit will rely on its flexible,variable,customized and efficient operation mode become an important part of the future public transit system.Based on the above background,this paper selects the transit with flexible stops as the research object.In this service mode,the bus does not have a fixed route.Instead,the bus route is customized according to the actual travel demand of passengers.This paper proposes a "many-to-many" dispatching model and algorithm that meets the personalized travel of passengers.Aiming at the characteristics of the flexible-stop transit service mode,designed the flexible-stop transit operation service flow-process,summarized the characteristics of the operation mode of the bus type and the main factors that affect its vehicle dispatching.On the basis,the paper according to the travel demand type of passengers to build two-stage dispatching model and algorithm.In the first stage,with the minimum total operating cost as the optimization goal,and meeting the constraints of passenger travel stations,earliest departure time and maximum travel time,the dispatching model under reserved demand is constructed,and the assignmentsequencing is designed to constructs the initial solution,and uses the tabu search algorithm to find the optimal solution,and obtains the first-stage vehicle scheduling plan.In the second stage,the penalty fee for rejecting the real-time demand is introduced on the basis of the objective function,and the real-time demand is inserted into the current route by the insertion algorithm,and the vehicle dispatching plan in the second stage is obtained.In the experimental stage,the simulation analysis of flexible-stop bus dispatching under reserved demand and real-time demand,the solution result shows that the vehicle can basically complete the travel demand response,which proves the practicability of the model and algorithm.Compare with the flexible transit in Shenzhen,the results show that when the travel demand is low,the flexible-stop transit can not only reduce operating costs but also enhance the travel experience of passengers.The two-stage dispatching method of transit with flexible stops proposed in this paper is scientific and reasonable,meets the individual travel demands of passengers.It not only enriches the theoretical research and development of flexible public transit,but also provide new solutions for the "first/last kilometer" problems. |
