With the continuous improvement of the performance of aero-engine,the additional load brought by wired measurement and the limitation of the number of measuring nodes are more and more restricting the development of high performance and high intelligence of aero-engine.Wireless measurement has attracted more and more attention in the field of aircraft measurement by virtue of its advantages such as the number of multiple measurement points and wireless information transmission.However,in the existing field of aircraft measurement,although related applications of wireless measurement sensors have been proposed,little attention has been paid to the specific power supply problem of wireless measurement sensors.If the self-power supply problem of wireless measurement sensors cannot be completely solved,the wireless measurement system cannot be truly cable-free.In this article,therefore,for wireless measurement related research in the field of aircraft at home and abroad,according to the actual working status of the aircraft engine and concrete measurement requirements,put forward the design temperature difference power generation as the core of self-energized wireless measurement sensor system,and the system of measuring module,information transmission module and power module are analyzed in overall demand for aircraft engine.In the selection of measurement module,according to the needs of passive and temperature range,choose the thermocouple,piezoelectric module as the core of the measurement method.In the information transmission module,through the evaluation of the power consumption and networking characteristics of various wireless communication modes,the low-power,ad-hoc network Zig Bee is selected as the specific mode of wireless communication.In the design of the energy supply module,combined with the temperature difference caused by the high temperature existing on the wall of the high temperature structure such as the engine combustion chamber and the low temperature air flow in the outer bypass,the temperature difference generator is selected as the energy source of the wireless measurement system.After the specific selection of each module is confirmed,the Zig Bee communication network is built by using the ZStack protocol stack.Combined with the selected measurement units,the wireless measurement network oriented to the engine needs is completed.After the construction of the network,the specific calculation and analysis of the network power consumption are carried out.Based on the obtained measurement results and combined with t he overall demand of the system,the specific energy supply module composed of the thermoelectric generation module,the power management module and the battery module are completed.On measuring module,information transmission module,storage module afte r completion of production for the whole of self-energized wireless measurement system were tested,through concrete temperature measurement and power experiment proved the usability of the whole system,on the whole self-energized wireless measurement system test finished,considering the actual use,the object oriented to the whole system integration and integration,And on the basis of the original self-powered wireless measurement system,the realization and test of the actual measurement requirements,such as multiple measurement nodes,pressure measurement signals,and high temperature condition to be measured,are completed.Through testing and verification in many cases,the concrete construction of wireless self-powered measurement sensor for aeroengine requirements is finally completed in this paper. |
