| With the in-depth advancement of clean heating renovation work,air source heat pump technology has developed rapidly,and its application forms have gradually enriched,and it has been widely used in most areas of my country.However,in practical applications,there is a lack of research on the control optimization of the domestic air source heat pump heating system.This paper uses theoretical analysis and simulation to study the control strategy of the domestic air source heat pump heating system.Under the premise of ensuring the indoor heating requirements,find a control strategy to reduce the energy consumption of the system.This article first established the air source heat pump simulation model,and explored the influence of factors such as outdoor temperature,compressor frequency,return water temperature and water flow rate on the performance of the air source heat pump.Then the heating water system and room model were established respectively,and the influence of outdoor temperature,water supply temperature and water flow rate on the heating effect of the room was explored.It was found that if you want to adjust the indoor temperature quickly,the water supply temperature should be adjusted first,and then the flow rate should be adjusted.Use programming software to couple the air source heat pump model,room model,floor radiant model and heating water system model into a household air source heat pump floor radiant heating system model.In order to find a suitable control strategy for the household air source heat pump heating system,this article passed Research on different control strategies of the system and apply the control strategies to the model of household air source heat pump heating system for simulation.Research shows that for the fixed-frequency air source heat pump heating system with start-stop control,the better control mode of the water pump is that the water pump runs at full frequency when the unit is turned on,and runs at low frequency when the unit is stopped.For the variable frequency air source heat pump heating system with variable frequency control,the better control mode of the water pump is that the water pump runs at full frequency during the full frequency operation of the unit,and runs at a low frequency during other times.At the end of the heating period,the energy saving rate of the system after the optimization of the control strategy was as high as 30%,and the energy consumption and annual operating cost of the system that operated the entire heating season according to the new control strategy were reduced by more than 10%.Research on the influence of unit parameters and hot water storage tank capacity shows that fixed-frequency units are more sensitive to capacity than variablefrequency units.If the unit capacity is selected too large,the indoor temperature will be out of adjustment.It is easier to appear,which not only makes the occupants feel uncomfortable,but also generates more energy consumption;the larger the hot water storage tank,the more stable the heating effect on the user side of the heating system,and the indoor temperature is less affected by the fluctuation of the unit’s start-up and shutdown operation.The research reduces the energy consumption of the domestic air source heat pump floor radiant heating system,helps users save electricity bills,and also provides some references for equipment selection.The purpose is to make the system run more energy-efficient under the premise of ensuring user comfort,which also helps Market promotion of air source heat pumps. |
