K Medical Device Company is a leading enterprise in the domestic orthopedic implant equipment industry,a high-tech enterprise supported by the state,and a member unit of the National Standardization Technical Committee for Surgical Implants and Orthopedic Devices.Orthopedic interventional consumables are the company’s main products,used in the repair of human trauma,spinal orthopedics and other fields.Since its establishment,the scale of the company has continued to expand and its performance has continued to grow.But with more and more competitors in the market the marketing management model of K Medical Device Company is becoming increasingly unable to adapt to market demand and is facing many urgent problems.This article takes K medical device company as the research object,combines the characteristics and development status of the medical device industry,summarizes the marketing strategy problems that the company is facing and the reasons for the problems,and explores the marketing that is suitable for the K company’s overall strategic plan to achieve the long-term sustainable development goal.This article combines the development overview of K medical device company,uses the PEST analysis method and the competitiveness analysis model to carry on the in-depth analysis of the market competition environment and development trend of the medical device marketing industry.In addition,it analyzes the current situation of K medical device company’s marketing strategy and key issues that need to be resolved,such as product structure,marketing channels,pricing models,and preferential promotion strategies.Then based on the problem,targeted optimization and improvement of the marketing plan,using the STP market segmentation theory and marketing mix strategy to determine the basic goals and basic principles of strategy formulation,and discuss the K company’s marketing model and competitive strategy.Finally,from the perspectives of organizational structure,human resources,financial technology systems,etc.,a measure guarantee system for optimizing the implementation of marketing strategies was constructed,so that K Medical Devices’ marketing strategies can be executed scientifically and effectively to achieve the expected goals.This research has important guiding significance for the further development of K Medical Device Company,and also has certain reference value for other enterprises in the industry.It also provides a case analysis for the field of medical device marketing.
