Research On The Boundary Space Of Urban Villages In Shenzhen High Density Built-up Area

As a frontier city of reform and opening-up,Shenzhen’s high-intensity development mode has led to the shortage of land reserves,and formed a state of high-density population and urban development in the built-up area.Under the background of the transition from incremental development to stock optimization,urban villages become the main battlefield of urban renewal and gradually disappear.In 2019,the master plan for comprehensive renovation of urban villages in Shenzhen was promulgated,which determine d to retain a certain proportion of villages in cities,so as to realize the comprehensive and sustainable development of villages in cities by means of "comprehensive renovation",and make it possible for the long-term existence of villages in cities in Shenzhen.Village in city has the characteristics of openness,inclusiveness and heterogeneity.As the transition space between city and village in city,its boundary space presents a contradictory state of integration and isolation.The optimization and reconstruction of the boundary space of urban villages is of great significance to improve the image of urban villages and promote the integration and development of urban villages.It is also the primary task of organic renewal and comprehensive renovation of urban villages.Based on this background,this study redefines the concept and research scope of urban village boundary space,and puts it into the high-density built-up area in Shenzhen.Through the analysis of its characteristics,problems and causes,this paper explores the role and influence of different types of boundary space of urban villages in high-density built-up areas in the integration of urban and rural areas,and puts forward more targeted boundary space optimization strategies,so as to better play the role of boundary space penetration and connection,promote the interaction between urban villages and cities,and ultimately promote the renewal of urban villages Transformation and integration of urban and rural development goals.The results show that the boundary space of village in city has experienced the initial formation,high-speed change and stable formation.There are four types of boundary space: closed barrier,semi closed barrier,semi open infiltration and open connection.There are four types of boundary space: structure independence and texture fragmentation,building diversity and landscape disharmony,space vitality and use confusion,landscape life and trivial disorder The problems of space level,such as the lack of supply and the dilemma of spontaneous design,the contradiction between resource waste and resource shortage,consumption isolation and social isolation,and the lack of regional culture and place spirit.In view of the current situation of boundary space and the causes of interest game among various stakeholders in urban villages in terms of development and operation,planning and construction,management and utilization,the paper puts forward the overall strategy of boundary space from the perspective of regula tory control,overall planning and social management,and proposes the building permeability treatment and living landscape renovation of closed and barrier type boundary space from the perspective of detailed optimization design methods,The methods of space optimization,such as the overall coordination of the semi closed barrier boundary space,the multi-functional layout of the semi open permeable boundary space,the mixed layout of the bottom surface,and the cultural display of the facilities in the open connected boundary space,etc.
