| A large earthquake in a densely populated urban area could cause structural damage to a large number of urban buildings.Rapid and accurate assessment of structural damage status after earthquake plays a very important role in earthquake relief and social order recovery.If the structural health monitoring system can be installed on each building,the seismic response of the structure monitored by sensors can be used to rapidly evaluate the seismic damage of the building.However,due to the high cost of structural health monitoring systems and the large number of buildings in the city,it is not economically feasible to install a professional structural health monitoring system for every building.Therefore,how to efficiently obtain the seismic response of a large number of urban buildings in earthquake disaster has become an important topic of structural health monitoring research.With the widespread popularity of smart phones,this paper studies a set of methods for automatic acquisition of seismic seismic response of building structures by using vibration sensors such as acceleration and gyroscope integrated in smart phones,and studies a method for rapid assessment of seismic damage state of building structures by monitoring seismic response of structures with smart phones.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)An automatic monitoring and acquisition method for seismic response of building structures based on smart phones is studied.Sensor Kinetics Pro software was used to collect mobile phone vibration information under 22 different conditions in daily use.Using the numerical simulation method,the seismic response data of building structures monitored by smart phones in the earthquake process are generated.Based on the neural network,a classifier which can distinguish and recognize the types of vibration response detected by smart phones is constructed to realize the accurate and automatic recognition of seismic response of building structures.(2)The seismic damage assessment method of building structures based on smart phone monitoring of building seismic response is studied.Based on the simplified model of building structure,the nonlinear responses of building structures of different types and heights under the action of ground motion with different intensities and the corresponding damage states of structures are simulated and generated through the nonlinear analysis of structures.By extracting the vibration characteristic index of the nonlinear seismic response of the building structure,and using the deep neural network,the seismic damage degree discrimination network of the building structure was established based on the mobile phone monitoring the seismic response characteristic index of the building structure.(3)Participated in the development of the Android smartphone based building structure earthquake response automatic acquisition APP software,integrated the automatic recognition algorithm of mobile phone monitoring the seismic response of building structure into the APP,and realized the smart phone automatic acquisition of the seismic response of building structure.The structural earthquake damage assessment algorithm based on smart phone monitoring of building vibration characteristics was integrated into the cloud platform system based on smart phone monitoring and evaluation of building structure seismic vibration,and the intelligent perception system of earthquake disaster for urban buildings was established. |
