The wooden structure of buildings is an important carrier of the inheritance of Chinese culture and a precious treasure of the Chinese nation.However,due to the disturbance of natural disasters and human factors,many of the existing wooden structures preserved in the present are not optimistic.In recent years,the state has attached great importance to the science of cultural preservation,making the protection of architectural heritage the focus of research.However,the protection of wooden structures in ancient buildings started late in China,and there are not many studies on long-term and effective deformation monitoring.The most commonly used direct measurement method has the disadvantages of being time-consuming and labor-intensive and unable to be monitored in real time.Therefore,the use of advanced sensing technology to establish a wood construction ancient building health monitoring system has important research value.Based on this,this paper combines fiber Bragg grating and wireless sensing technology to establish a structural health monitoring system for the Baoguo Temple Hall in Ningbo.The data analysis is used to evaluate the health status of the main hall.The main research contents are as follows:1.Study on the structure type and mechanical properties of Baoguo Temple HallBased on the optimization requirements of the health monitoring program,the structural form and overall mechanical properties of the hall were studied.Combined with the literature and actual site survey,the basic composition of the structure of the hall is analyzed,and the overall load transfer path is proved.The force mechanism of the Niekougumao is studied,and the actual damage degree is introduced,and the tenon node and bucket arch are established.The finite element model of bucket arch explores the most unfavorable position of the load.The theoretical analysis results show that the overall stability of the structure of the Baoguo Temple Hall,which is the typical hall structure,depends on the tie-tie effect of the beam-column joints and the mechanical state of the main components;the knot-drums are similar to the ordinary dovetails.However,if damage occurs,the pulling capacity will be reduced by more than 50%;under the action of vertical load,the stress level of each member and the upper and lower parts of the axial line is large,in daily management.Critical monitoring and protection is needed.2.Health monitoring theory and system construction of Baoguo Temple HallBased on the theoretical analysis results,the structural health monitoring system of the Baoguo Temple Hall was established.The microclimate environment around the main hall was monitored by temperature and humidity and wind speed direction sensor.The load response of the main components of the main hall was monitored by fiber grating sensor.The electronic caliper displacement meter was used to monitor the displacement of the key nodes of the core main frame of the main hall.The inclinometer monitors the torsional tilt of the main frame,string and other components of the main hall.3.Theoretical study on structural health monitoring data analysisThe structure monitoring system of Baoguo Temple Hall has a huge amount of data.How to deal with the massive monitoring data is the key link for the subsequent health assessment.This paper proposes the use of big data processing technology to realize the processing and analysis of the monitoring data of the hall structure,and select some data for verification.The results show that the method can better screen and denoise the monitoring data,and separate the ambient temperature and wind speed.The influence of wind direction on components and reasonable prediction of subsequent monitoring data changes.4.Assessment of the health status of the structure of the main hall based on monitoring dataStructural health monitoring generally uses advanced sensor technology to obtain physical and mechanical parameters of various levels of structures from the perspectives of structural safety,durability,applicability,etc.The ultimate goal is to analyze the state information of the measured object based on the measured data.And expressed in a certain form.In this paper,the spatial distribution of temperature and humidity in the main hall is analyzed by analyzing the monitoring data of the temperature and humidity of the main hall.According to the fiber grating strain monitoring data,the machine learning algorithm is used to study the response of different loads to the main components of the main hall.And tilt monitoring data,mastered the state information of the hall and the string components,and finally analyzed the health status of the Baoguo Temple Hall based on the above monitoring results.
