Under the guidance of 2025 made in China plan,more and more enterprises towards digital and intelligent.In the process of the development of the rapid change,how can we make good use of the rare chance to curve overtaking is worth thinking about.After more than hundred years of development,the production pattern of auto industry has been turned out in the form of making whole assembly line instead of cottage industry fashion,which has a large capacity,high utilization rate of hours,cost reduction,and other advantages.There are still many issues such as production line block,unreasonable production line layout and ergonomic caused by capacity shortage or too many carriers with new project production line construction.How to analyze and solve these problems at the beginning of the production line design is the key point of this study.This article analyses problems of the production line capacity and layout,and finds the solution to solve the problems based on the actual problems in the early stage of factory construction.The e M-Plant software was used to realize the simulation layout of the line body through secondary development and programming.At the same time,the capacity analysis of the entire assembly production line was completed through hundreds of millions of experiments,and it was concluded that the minimum number of skillets,hangers and AGV carriers in line body and buffer area under the requirement of capacity demand.At the same time,for the line layout,Process Designer(PD)and Process Simulate(PS)software are used to build the final assembly line environment.By simulating the actual personnel working environment and equipment operation path,the problems in the layout are found and rectified.Vast corrective actions are avoided after the completion of the line body construction and no need to input so much money and time to rectify problems.The line body layout becomes more reasonable and more conducive to man-machine operation.Based on the above research results,the factory invested skillets,hangers and AGVs same with simulation results in the early stage of project construction,and the line layout was also consistent with the simulation results.The final production result of the factory meets the initial 50 JPH capacity requirement,and the rationality of the line layout has been greatly improved compared to the original layout plan.Regarding the research on production capacity and layout issues in production line design,I think this is only a small step,and there are still many areas that can be improved.
