In recent years,my country has continued to increase the intensity of infrastructure constructio n,and the requirements for digitization and informatization in the construction of tunnel projects ha ve been increasing.Therefore,BIM technology has emerged as the times require.It is very importa nt to explore and study the application of BIM technology in extra-long highway tunnel projects.I mportant practical significance.Based on an extra-long highway tunnel project in Guangdong,this paper studies the modeling and design application of tunnel BIM and surrounding rock geology.Regarding the tunnel BIM mo deling,on the basis of summarizing the existing tunnel BIM technology and application research,t he tunnel BIM modeling method is first studied,and a metric conventional model that comes with t he Revit software-beam and support family is proposed.It is the tunnel modeling method of the ma in basic family;through visual programming Dynamo and other software tools,the method of creat ing the tunnel surrounding rock geological body is studied,which provides a basis for the modeling of the surrounding rock geological body of the tunnel engineering site;in order to facilitate practic al engineering applications,this article Discussed the realization of the above-mentioned modeling and integration of the tunnel BIM+ geological body model published on the Super Map server,and i t is convenient to browse related tunnels,geological bodies and attribute queries on the Web and m obile terminals.For the tunnel BIM design and application,in Based on the completion of tunnel B IM and surrounding rock geological modeling,this paper completed the study of the model convers ion plug-in based on the secondary development of Revit software.By selecting the tunnel BIM an d surrounding rock geological body model,the converted command stream was imported into ANS YS software In,the geometric characteristics of the tunnel BIM+surrounding rock geological body model is converted to the large-scale finite element analysis software ANSYS model.The correctn ess of the plug-in function is verified through the corresponding static analysis steps and the compa rison calculation results,so as to give full play to the tunnel BIM The practical value of the surroun ding rock geological body model provides feasibility;finally,the engineering application of the tun nel BIM and surrounding rock geological body model is discussed,and the 3D printer realizes the p rinting process of the tunnel BIM,and the key components of the tunnel are printed out through VR technology.Realized real-time browsing and rendering of tunnel BIM.The method and related res earch results of this article can provide reference and reference for similar tunnel engineering BIM technology and engineering application.The main research contents and results of this paper are as follows:(1)On the basis of summarizing the existing tunnel BIM technology and application research,a tunnel modeling idea and method based on the metric conventional model-beam and support fami ly that comes with Revit software as the main basic family is proposed.A component naming rule f or the BIM model of the extra-long highway tunnel,the modeling accuracy and information granul arity of the BIM model of the LOD300 long tunnel are studied.(2)Aiming at the modeling of the surrounding rock geological body of the tunnel engineering site,based on the single data principle,through the use of the visual programming method of Dyna mo and other software,the creation of the model of the surrounding rock geological body of the tun nel was realized,and it was merged with the tunnel BIM.(3)In terms of tunnel BIM design and application,based on the secondary development techn ology of Revit API,completed the research of tunnel BIM,surrounding rock geological body and l arge-scale finite element analysis software ANSYS geometric model conversion plug-in interface,and related tunnel construction step-by-step static construction Analysis and comparison of results verify the correctness of the plug-in function.(4)In the application of extra-long tunnel BIM engineering,this paper studies the lightweight method of the integrated large-scale digital model and the publishing technology on the Internet pla tform Super Map server side,which realizes the Web side browsing and attribute query functions of the tunnel BIM;The tunnel BIM achievements explored the application of new technologies such as 3D printing tunnel complex model components and VR in tunnel engineering.The method and related research results of this paper can provide reference and reference for BIM technology and engineering application of similar tunnel engineering.
