Facial nerve paralysis is a common peripheral nervous system disease,but in recent years,the pressure of life and work has led to frequent sub-health,and its incidence has also shown an upward trend.Facial paralysis is mainly related to facial muscles and facial nerves.However,the high cost of treatment and medical treatment is a little extravagant for the daily working people,and the related facial physiotherapy products on the market are not perfect,so the treatment and health care needs are not well met.Therefore,under the guidance of Double-Diamond model theory,this subject takes facial nerve paralysis disease as the breakthrough point,applies the traditional Chinese medicine treatment theory of facial paralysis in clinical medicine,and through the market and user identification product development and design opportunity point.At the theoretical level,this topic is a typical systematic and structured design problem.The improved Double-Diamond model with more structured characteristics will be used as the whole framework,supplemented by the traditional Chinese medicine treatment theory and means of facial nerve paralysis.As an important theoretical basis for product development.moreover,according to the design flow of the improved Double-Diamond model,the analysis tools such as PEST analysis,user experience research method and Kano model will also be used in the process of multiple thinking divergence to find and define the problem,so as to obtain the user requirements and further transform them into product characteristics,and to guide the design practice.At the level of design practice,according to the research idea of the improved Double-Diamond model,the design scheme of facial physiotherapy instrument integrating electric pulse and graphene hot compress function is produced based on the multi-dimensional design analysis of function,technology realization,ergonomics,modeling and CMF in industrial design.The facial physiotherapy design has high portability and can give users with facial care needs,especially patients with facial paralysis during recovery period,a new physiotherapy experience.Finally,the application of Double-Diamond model is studied.Through prototype making and testing,target users are recruited to carry out relevant evaluation and testing,so as to explore transformative solutions.It provides a strong basis for subsequent product design iteration and user experience improvement.It is also a powerful verification of the feasibility of improved Double-Diamond model. |
