Oil and other fossil energy as one of the most widely used energy sources in the world,cars as the most important oil-consuming industries,the world’s countries on the economy and emissions of cars are increasingly strict requirements,so the direct impact on its economy and emissions of fuel atomization quality becomes This is especially critical,.Therefore,the fuel atomization quality,which directly affects the economy and emissions,is of great importance.In this paper,the clear particle photos obtained from the direct photography method are used as the material to get the particles’ parameters by analysis and comparison and image processing operations.The clear particle photos obtained are processed by image grayscale processing,filtering processing,threshold segmentation and other techniques to finally accept the distribution curve of the particles and other parameters.The parameters of the droplet in this state are obtained by using morphology-related knowledge.Simultaneously,the wavelet transform threshold segmentation method and fuzzy clustering segmentation method are added to the original system,and the traditional SSDA algorithm is improved in the matching method to improve its matching efficiency and then used in combination with the NCC algorithm.To complete a series of operations for particle pictures more systematically and efficiently,this paper writes a corresponding measurement system based on MATLAB/GUI platform,which includes a series of functions for particle picture operations,and the data can be integrated through the system to evaluate the quality of spray field atomization.Finally,by comparing the measurement results of the particles obtained by the system with the curves obtained by the Malvern method,the purpose of verifying the reliability and practicality of the procedures in this paper is achieved,and the causes of the errors are sought by analyzing the mistakes of the experimental data between them.
