| The light environment is an indispensable part of the building physical environment,but the current indoor light environment is mostly constant static lighting.Workers are in this environment for a long time,which is not conducive to their normal work and life.Although a large number of scholars have carried out systematic research on non-visual effects and circadian rhythms of the light environment,the basic theoretical research on the psychophysical level of the healthy light environment is still lacking.They have been working and working in the artificial light environment for a long time.The impact of life on human physical and mental health is still unclear,and the corresponding dynamic lighting adjustment effect is also unclear.Therefore,this article aims at the lack of natural lighting in the indoor space,and less attention to dynamic lighting and mental health.Combined with relevant domestic and foreign research and analysis of healthy lighting cases,proposes a healthy lighting design strategy.Including the introduction of natural lighting,the use of artificial skylights,and the setting of a dynamic lighting mode that conforms to the change trend of natural light cycle,that is,according to the periodic change of daylight in the natural environment,artificially simulate the same dynamic lighting form as the change trend of daylight,the purpose is create a healthy and comfortable lighting environment.In addition,this article will also comb out the various clauses in the health lighting evaluation standards in detail,and summarize the health lighting design requirements from physiological to psychological levels.This article scientifically verifies the effectiveness of the above design strategy under laboratory conditions.Twenty-four volunteers were selected for a randomized controlled experiment within the group,and each volunteer performed4 experiments.The results show that dynamic lighting that conforms to the natural light cycle has a certain impact on people’s mental state: it can relieve the two psychological emotions of anger and depression,while dynamic lighting that does not conform to the natural light cycle at night has a certain stimulating effect on vitality,which is not good for users.Go to sleep quickly.On the basis of this experimental result,combined with the results of literature review,case analysis and standard comparison,the core design idea of healthy lighting is summarized,that is,to create a natural light environment connected to the outside world or dynamic lighting that conforms to the changing trend of natural light cycle.The research results can provide a reference and basis for the healthy lighting design of indoor spaces.Finally,according to the research results,this paper focuses on the scene where people stay for a long time and lack of connection with the external natural light environment,focusing on the scene demand analysis and optimization design.Three kinds of typical space which need health lighting are selected,including sleeping space represented by the bedroom and living room,underground space represented by subway station,and other special space with special needs such as shelter hospital and airplane cabin.The optimization design of health lighting is carried out,which provides new ideas for the promotion of health lighting. |
