| The floated gyro is widely used in the long-range strategic nuclear weapons of the United States and Russia,it has a range of over 10,000 kilometers,hit accuracy reaches 100 meters level.After years of efforts and technological breakthroughs,The gap between the floated gyro of china and foreign ones is gradually narrowing,and has begun to mass production and application.However,there are still some regular errors that need to be studied and reduced in order to constantly improve the deterrent effect of China’s long-range strategic weapons and safeguard national sovereignty,peace and territorial integrity.This paper first introduced the development history of the floated gyro in The United States and Russia,The floated gyro plays an important and strategic role in supporting the military power of the United States and Russia,discussed the importance of gyro’s precision research to national security.Then,based on the basic principle and theory of the floated gyro,the static error model and testing method of the gyro are derived.By analyzing a large number of long-term test data of the gyro,a special trend of the primary term error drifting along the positive direction with time was found.The variation trend is analyzed and calculated in detail from the assembly pretension and structure creep,and the main problems of gyro structure are clarified.Finally,a new gyro structure is designed according to the creep problem of gyro structure,The obvi ous effect of the new structure on reducing deformation and improving the stability of the center of mass is analyzed,The main factors affecting the precision and reliability of the gyro,such as assembly preload,temperature stress and structure creep,are also calculated in detail,The design optimization,production and test of the new structure gyro have been completed,It is verified that the analysis method of the primary term error drift and the structural correlation is correct,The new structure i s effective.The main innovation of this paper is that the trend of Ds error coefficient drifting along the positive direction of the floated gyro is found.The relationship between the regular error and the gyro structure is analyzed and calculated in det ail.a new structure of the gyro is proposed,and completed the design optimization,production and test verification of the new structure. |
