This paper has Missile IMU's research task as the background for the realization of a mechanical jitter laser gyro strapdown inertial measurement unit, within the working environment in a wide temperature quick start to the impact of anti-vibration and adverse environments and high-precision mechanical design requirements, conducted a inertial components in the system error compensation of the temperature, the system Dynamic error compensation of key technologies.First, according to the principle of laser used to the Group's work and composition,of which jitter laser gyro inertial mechanical and quartz accelerometers boil flexibility of the principle of separate analysis and error analysis, gives the laser gyro SIMU mathematical model ,from the theoretical analysis of linear of linear motion under the condition of the static error model.For this type of mechanical jitter laser gyro strapdown inertial measurement unit in a wide temperature working environment quick start the design requirements of laser inertial devices are used to group the need to compensate for temperature error, introduced the laser gyro bias temperature modeling and temperature compensation and compensation for post-test verification ,accelerometers I/F conver circuit of temperature compensation method and compensation effect of test verification, accelerometer,static temperature model identification and temperature error compensation method and compensation effect of the software test verification.Warming effect test validation results show that the compensated output accuracy are used to group have been significantly improved to meet the design requirements.For this type of mechanical jitter laser gyro strapdown inertial measurement unit to the impact of anti-vibration and adverse environments and high-precision mechanical design requirements, first movement arose from the cone,cone movement in the navigation solution calculation errors caused by the high dynamic environment coning error aspects of the laser used to group coning error mechanism of study on the cone of the principle of error compensation algorithm is derived and the rotation vector-based method of compensation algorithm design.
