| With the rapid development of the electric vehicle(EV)in China,EV electricity consumption will increase accordingly.If the charging power demand of EV is superimposed with the peak load of power grid,it will bring great pressure to the safe and stable operation of power grid and the guarantee of power quality,which will cause economic losses to society and users.If appropriate strategies could be taken to guide the orderly charging of EV load according to the expected situation,it is of great significance to optimize the load curve of power grid,realize the peak load shifting and valley filling of the load curve and improve the operation stability of the power grid.The premise of realizing the orderly charging control of EVs is that the parking time of EVs at the charging pile is longer than the constant power charging time of EVs under the premise of not affecting the users and the travel demand.This paper innovatively proposes that the flexible control resources can be obtained equitably by providing differential electricity price.This paper mainly carried out the following work:The charging demand of EV and the interaction between the charging demand and photovoltaic are analyzed.The charging demand of EVs includes two key parameters: how much electricity needs to be charged and when to start charging:by analyzing the driving rules and the travel characteristics of EVs,the probability distribution and the probability distribution of charging time of EVs’ power demand can be obtained.Based on the above two probability distribution models,the charging demand parameters of EVs can be obtained by random number sampling method,which lays the foundation for operation simulation.In addition,photovoltaic(PV)and EV(EV)are the biggest challenges on both sides of the source and load of traditional distribution network.The former makes the distribution network an active network,while the latter shows the characteristics of energy storage in some degree.The interaction between PV output and EV charging should be considered in the process of orderly charging control of EVs.An orderly charging control method based on differentiated charging price is proposed.The charging load of EVs is relate to multi-participant,such as power grid operators,charging station operators and EV users,and the interests of each participant are different.This paper gives the control objectives of the three,analyzes the charging control expectations of all parties and the limitations of time of use price.On this basis,the orderly charging control strategy based on differentiated charging price is proposed.The effective incentive for flexible control resources is realized,and two decision-making methods of orderly charging control behavior are given.Under the given evaluation parameters,for two evaluation scenarios of residential area and enterprise.The operation simulation under disordered charging and orderly charging based on differentiated charging price are conducted.For the latter,two guidance strategies are considered,i.e.,the time-of-use price as the guidance and smoothing the time-series load curve as the guide.The incremental capacity cost will reduce significantly.On this basis,for the microgrid connected with a large number of distributed PV,it is found that the penetration rate of distributed PV is expected to be improved through the orderly charging control of EVs. |
