Study On Urban Design Of Old City District Of Huanan County,Hei Long Jiang Province

With the emphasis of the state on urban design and the promulgation of the "Urban Design Management Measures",Many city of our country has implemented city design preparation,In the pastment,Our country city construction was expensive mode,Now,The land usement has been changed to saving mode.City construction pays more attention to the improvement of quality and characteristics.Creation,which puts forward higher requirements for the work.Many cities in our country have also worked out urban design,but because of divorcing from the law of urban development,one-sided pursuit of "dazzling" of geometric composition and drawing effect,it is difficult to implement and not practical;additionally,urban design is not statutory planning at present,many cities have not received enough attention after compiling urban design,and the compilation results have not been implemented concretely.Moreover,there are some overlaps with the relevant urban planning,and if there is no good connection,it will also become an obstacle to the implementation of urban design;furthermore,the quality of some planning achievements is poor,and the planning idea is backward or indiscriminately imitate other city planning content,their achievements only have beautiful drawing,lack of connect with practical problems and implementation effect.Therefore,in the process of compiling urban design,we must take into account the actual situation of urban development,handle the linking relationship with relevant planning,transform the achievements of urban design compilation into concrete management documents,and control and guide the construction of the city.In view of the above problems,taking the urban design of Huanan Old Town in Heilongjiang Province as the research object.The author take the problem in the direction and relate the method to improve of the Old Town.,as well as an exploratory list of urban design management for specific land development and management.This paper take Huanan Old Town urban design project for example,attempt to elaborate the compilation and strategy of city design of Old Town.Fist of all,this paper determines the research orientation and connected theory,definites the study methods and strcture of this paper,and make some based reasearch work for the city design methods.Secondly,the author sum up the present situation and problems of Huanan Old Town,and try to find the questions of city constrction;carries out systematic and holistic analysis of the problems found,seeks solutions to the problems,and fully optimizes the spatial pattern of the city through the control of elements;and the development and construction of specific plots,through the guidance system.Guidance and control are scheduled.Finally,the results of urban design compilation are translated into specific guiding indicators or documents of urban construction management,so as to achieve the specific implementation of urban design and play its role,providing theoretical and practical refer to city design work in old urban areas in China.
