| Looking back on the local wars in recent years,such as the Gulf War,the Iraq War,the Libya War,and the Syrian Conflict,the laser guided bomb has become the largest and fastest-growing member of the guided weapons family because of its strong anti-interference ability,low price,simple composition and accurate target.In this paper,a new guidance and control system component of laser guided bomb,namely guidance and control system,which is proposed for lightweight UAV platform.The guidance and control system integrates the signal processing part of traditional seeker components and all functions of flight control computer,integrates laser spot positioning and flight control calculation functions,and carries out in-depth research on the guidance and control system design based on Dual DSP technology.This paper mainly studies the following contents:Firstly,according to the characteristics of low-speed UAV platform and small low-cost laser guided bomb weapon system,the low-cost and highprecision four quadrant detector is used as photoelectric sensor to design the laser guidance signal processing system.The traditional spot geometry positioning algorithm,Gaussian spot model and polynomial fitting method are combined to design a fitting by introducing error compensation parameters Algorithm to achieve target position detection.Since the strapdown laser guidance system is adopted and the target position information is output by the laser guidance signal processing system which contains noise information,so the line of sight angular velocity is extracted by unscented Kalman filter.According to the extracted LOS angular velocity,the proportional guidance law can be used for precise guidance and control in the terminal guidance stage.In order to solve the problem that the blowing data is inconsistent with the actual data and the actual interference value is inconsistent with the established interference model,the method of model reference adaptive control combined with sliding membrane variable structure control is adopted to design the roll,pitch and yaw channels of the control system.In this paper,the algorithm performance requirements of laser guidance signal processing system and guided bomb control system are analyzed.The dual DSP is used to realize the integrated design of software and hardware of the guidance and control system.The hardware circuit design is carried out,and the software task scheduling,resource allocation and timing management are optimized and analyzed to improve the algorithm execution efficiency and reduce the communication delay.Finally,the hardware in the loop simulation experiment is carried out on the guided bomb.On the basis of the five axis simulation turntable,the guidance and control system,navigation system and steering gear are connected to verify and evaluate the overall performance of the system.Through the analysis of trajectory and hit accuracy,the results show that the guidance and control system works stably and the hit accuracy can meet the design requirements. |
