As the economy and society developed with high quality and speed,the construction of distribution network,“the last kilometer of power transportation”,is being proceeded very fast,in the meantime the amount of power distribution equipment is rising,while the number of maintenance staff in power supply bureau almost remain stable.The consequence is,the average amount of work per staff increased rapidly,the stress of work increase rapidly.The inspection period is getting longer and longer,which means the “one-month circle”non-differentiated maintenance strategy is being more difficult to be execute.In recent years,the standard of power supply reliability demanded by the society is getting higher,which means the traditional maintenance strategy cannot adapt to the new requirement.Under such circumstances,the study of the assessment model and differentiated operation and maintenance strategy of electrical power equipment becomes more necessary.In this article,three common and typical equipment in distribution network(switch cabinet,dry-type transformer,oil-immersed transformer)are chosen to be the study object,to build a health degree assessment model,modify the standard of importance judgement,and put forward a differentiated maintenance strategy,hoping to modify the strategy being used nowadays,and increase the effect of the maintenance work.First of all,we introduce analytic hierarchy process(AHP)as the method of model structure building and static weight calculation and finish the work above.Secondly,select appropriate way of state measure and score calculation according to the development of status online monitor,study the health degree coefficient based on serving times,deduced the score calculation formula and standard of degree definition.Moreover,proposed a new standard of importance measurement,which has highly considered the operation mode of power grid in the meantime,number of users,range of affection while fault happens.Last but not the least,put forward a differentiated maintenance strategy based on the judgement result above.In this article,two judgement case of distribution power line running in Guangzhou was selected to verify the effectiveness of health degree assessment model and the standard of importance measurement,and the effect being brought by the differentiated maintenance strategy on improving the management of power distribution equipment,improving the reliability of equipment,reducing manpower,and being the guidance of power grid optimizing.
