With the development of manufacturing technology towards the direction of network,information and intelligence,the interoperability of equipment and systems has been widely valued.Based on OPC UA(Open Platform Communication Unified Architecture)technology,this thesis selects the typical mechanical equipment including planar 3PRR parallel positioning platform and SCARA robot as the research object,which is the basic component of the manufacturing site.Then this thesis studies the interoperability technology of the mechanical equipment,the application of OPC UA technology in mechanical equipment is explored and practiced.This thesis mainly includes the following parts:(1)The research of information modeling for mechanical equipment based on OPC UA.Firstly,the standard information modeling method of OPC UA technology is studied.Secondly,The general information model of typical mechanical equipment based on OPC UA is analyzed and established.Thirdly,the planar 3PRR parallel positioning platform and the SCARA robot are studied respectively,and the kinematics analysis of the two mechanical equipment is carried out.Then,from the perspective of realizing the motion control of the mechanical equipment,the information model of planar 3PRR parallel positioning platform and SCARA robot based on OPC UA is established,which realizes the semantic unification of mechanical equipment.(2)An interoperability architecture for intelligent manufacturing based on OPC UA is proposed,which realizes the horizontal and vertical integration between equipments and systems in the manufacturing process,and could also realize arbitrary interconnection.The proposed interoperability architecture is mainly based on the OPC UA client/server architecture,two-way server and aggregation server,and events.Then,through the combination of OPC UA and Web Service technology,the cross-LAN communication is realized.In the development process of Web Service interfaces,OPC UA standard Services are referred,and JSON format is used for information integration.(3)An interoperability verification platform for mechanical equipment is built to verify the information model of each mechanical equipment and the proposed interoperability architecture.Firstly,according to the development idea from whole to part and from design to implementation,the overall design of the verification platform is carried out.Based on the functional requirements and performance requirements of the verification platform,the overall architecture and software hierarchy of the verification platform are designed,and the development environment and the technology to be used are determined.Then,the various components of the verification platform are implemented respectively,mainly including the upper computer control software of each mechanical equipment,OPC UA server,horizontal interoperability module,and Web page application.Finally,each component of the verification platform is tested,and the test results are found to be normal,meeting the expected functional and performance requirements.The successful implementation of the interoperability verification platform for mechanical equipment verifies the rationality and feasibility of the proposed interoperability technology of typical mechanical equipment based on OPC UA.Finally,the thesis is summarized and the future research is prospected.
