| In recent years,with the advancement of China’s urbanization process and an increasingly number of demands for high-quality development,the development mode of urban has gradually changed from incremental opening to stock renewal,coordinating and allocating existing urban resources.The main part of stock renewal is the old areas in the city.Due to the rough urban construction model in the early days,there comes various kinds of problems nowadays,such as the divorce of regional development,congested transportation system,fragmentation of social activities and so on.In order to improve this situation,the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development proposed the development strategy of“Double Urban Reconstruction” in 2015,which abandoned the previous urban reconstruction model of “mass-demolishing mass-construction ” and constantly explored effective renewal methods based on the community dimension.Compared with the construction of the new city,the old district carries more life memory and spatial characteristics,which its renewal practice is of great importance.Based on the above background,the study selects the neighborhood-type residential community closely associated with the city as the main object,putting forward a research on integration and construction strategies with the the perspective of public space renewal.By sorting out relevant theories and basic research on community construction,this paper retrospects the historical evolution of community development in China,analyzing the factors of time,place and residents in community,to deduce the goals and motivations of community development in China in the future.The study also takes neighborhood-type residential community for example,conducting from three aspects of spatial environment,behavior patterns,public space satisfaction and user needs,so as to summarize the current issues and renewal factors of neighborhood-type residential communities.At the same time,this research summarizes the relevant case studies at home and abroad and draws the experience and lessons from the integration and construction of public space.Finally,through the derivation of the above research conclusions,the main objectives of the integration and construction of the public space in the neighborhood residential community are obtained.Through the analysis and research of the correlation,this article clarifies that the renewal of the neighborhood-type residential community should be divided into two parts: spatial integration and construction.The former,as the basis of the renewal of the community material environment,is optimized by combing the internal spatial structure,connecting multiple paths with the external,exploring reasonable boundary patterns,creating a variety of node levels,constructing appropriate neighborhood groups and formulating efficient commuting modes.The latter,as a way to inherit the culture of community life,will be practiced in several dimensions,such as the transparency of space limitation,the compound type of function construction,the continuity of material selection and the health of public life,so as to build a nice life scene in the community,continue the inheritance of community context and form an efficient and positive strategic system. |
