Under the context of rural revitalization,in order to promote the rural living conditions,the comfort of the indoor thermal environment has raised the attention of the country and the people.In the process of building new residential buildings,it is under an urgent need to introduce concepts and methods for low-energy buildings while focusing on improving the comfort of the thermal environment.on human comfort is more complicated than it in cold areas.During the process of residential design and construction,this article intends to introduce low-energy consumption residential design concepts and energy-saving technical methods to the progress,which perfectly suitlocal climate characteristics,thus proposes a low-energy residential construction model based on climate adaptability theory and meeting the requirements of residential comfort.Moreover,protecting and developing the regional characteristics and regional culture of traditional houses is the meaning of the concept of climate adaptability.Firstly,through the visitof 27 villages,Ihave a deep understanding of the technical characteristics of climate adaptability of residential buildings in the Qinba mountainous terrain,meanwhile completed a purposeful,detailed,and reliable questionnaire during the investigation.Mainly Focused on selecting three traditional villages in the west to the east of the Qinba Mountain terrain to conduct surveying and mapping,and indoor thermal environment parameter testing.Performed the investigation of the basic characteristics of the family population,the age characteristics,and the typical characteristics of the residents in the Qinba Mountain terrain.Through a comprehensive analysis of the actual test temperature and the surveyed residents’ thermal comfort evaluation,it is indicated that most residents in the Qinba mountainous terrain have negative evaluations of the indoor thermal sensation when the indoor temperature is around 8℃ in winter.In summer,the evaluation of indoor thermal comfort among local traditional residents is relatively positive,which indicated that the climate adaptability technology of traditional dwelling houses is effective for weather conditions in summer.Meanwhile,a series of subjective evaluations of local buildings by residents were investigated as the requirements of the construction mode.
