| The society is getting better and better,which has brought us a lot.But the pollution is very serious.This problem is now being concerned by many people.We need to develop a green economy immediately.Among them,the automobile industry,as an industry vigorously developed by the country,brings convenience,At the same time,the exhaust gas is also very easy to cause environmental pollution.At present,new energy vehicles are being concerned by a lot of people who manage capital.And the evaluation of such enterprises related to capital injection is being seen by more managers.However,at the present stage.There is little research on the value evaluation of new energy vehicle enterprises in theory.There are defects in the methods commonly used in practice.It is true that most of these enterprises are in the first stage and do not produce profits,and the financial data are not ideal.At the same time,the managers of the company have great variables in their investments.By analyzing the problems that may occur in this kind of company,this paper first reads the content studied by previous scholars,and finds that most people think that the current method is not suitable and should be improved.Then it studies the new energy vehicle industry,analyzes the characteristics of such enterprises from different angles.Secondly,according to the characteristics of this kind of enterprises,this paper analyzes the different problems caused by different methods.It is found that the common methods have defects.Then,through definition and mathematical calculation,this paper proves that the B-S model is easier to reduce the differences caused by less physical assets,unideal cash flow in the start-up period and uncertain project decision than other models.Minimize the problems that may exist when using other methods.Construct the B-S model for this kind of companies,and introduce the calculation methods of the parameters in the model respectively.Finally,through the case study and the sensitivity analysis of the valuation results,This paper provides a reference for the evaluation practitioners to choose the B-S model.The purpose of this paper is to provide some useful suggestions for the evaluation staff to choose the B-S model to calculate the value of this type of company. |
