Abstract/Summary:
Due to its special structure,highway tunnels are prone to rear-end collisions and sidewall collisions.Studies have shown that the tunnel lighting environment will have a direct impact on drivers’ information perception.If the quality of tunnel lighting cannot meet the needs of expressway operations,it will seriously affect the safety of driving in expressway tunnels.How to improve the quality of tunnel lighting and meet the requirements of safe operation has become an urgent problem to be solved for expressway operators.This paper takes the highway tunnel quality upgrade action as the background,and proposes a tunnel lighting system improvement and upgrade plan for four tunnels including the Qinling No.2 Tunnel.The plan includes maintenance improvement and lamp replacement.And finally the quality improvement and upgrading effect of the Qinling No.2 Tunnel was mainly evaluated.Taking the quality improvement and upgrading effect of the highway tunnel lighting system as the evaluation goal,Based on the collection and analysis of tunnel lighting data and the actual characteristics of the Xihan Expressway tunnel,this research screened out appropriate evaluation indicators.from the four aspects of tunnel lighting performance,tunnel lighting function,tunnel lighting appearance and tunnel lighting effect,an evaluation index system that conforms to the actual situation of Xihan Expressway is constructed.Establishing a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model based on the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy evaluation.According to the actual situation of the site,the weights are assigned to the indicators through the way of scoring by experts,and the indicators of each level are quantified,and the fuzzy relation matrix is constructed.The scores of the indicators and the evaluation results of the quality improvement and upgrading of the Qinling No.2 tunnel lighting system are analyzed.The analysis results show that the quality improvement and upgrade plan is scientific,reasonable and feasible,and the quality and upgrade of the highway tunnel lighting system has achieved good results.
