With the increment of vehicle ownership year by year,the relationship between parking supply and demand is gradually out of balance,and the parking problem is becoming more and more serious.Through the analysis of the difficult parking problem,it is feasible to realize the real-time scheduling and maximized utilization of parking spaces in residential quarters.So this thesis that draws the concept of "Internet +" and sharing economy develops a shared parking system based on the parking space in residential quarters.The system is composed of management system,shared parking Mini Program and vehicle identification system.The reasonable application of the system can effectively improve the utilization rate of parking spaces and relieve the pressure of parking in cities.First of all,according to the analysis of the overall requirements and functional flow of the system,the system architecture is determined.And the functions of management system,shared parking Mini Program and vehicle identification system are divided into several modules.Then the functional requirements and non-functional requirements of each module are analyzed,and the system software development framework are determined by the functional requirements.Secondly,because the license plate recognition function is the basis of the hardware part of the system,this thesis which introduces the process and key algorithms of license plate recognition in detail from four aspects of license plate image preprocessing,license plate location,license plate segmentation and character recognition is based on the blue background and white character license plate features.And in the system testing chapter,a hardware test environment is built to test the recognition effect.It has been verified that the algorithm has a96% recognition accuracy for license plates.Then,this thesis design and develop each part of the system.The My SQL database and its management system are chose to develop a database by designing the structure of database concept and logic.The Restful architecture is used to design the API interface of front-end and back-end,and the interface documents is compiled.The WNMP framework and the Laravel framework are chose to develop the management system.The We Chat Developer Tools and the We Chat Mini Programs MINA framework is used to develop shared parking Mini Program.Python development platform,Raspberry Pie 4B and its modular components is chose to develop the vehicle identification system.So as to the design and development of the whole system is complete.Finally,this thesis designs test cases for each module of management system and shared parking Mini Program,and designs test experiments for the overall function of vehicle identification system.The functional test of the whole system is implemented.These tests show the whole system function is realized.
