| In recent years,with the continuous improvement of the intelligent level of the national power industry,the number of equipment equipped with the power grid is growing rapidly,resulting in a sharp increase in the daily operation and maintenance workload of the power grid.Due to the increasing requirements of power grid operation and maintenance,it is necessary to introduce diversified,standardized,automated and standardized means to improve the efficiency of power grid operation and maintenance.In the operation and maintenance management of substation,there are some problems,such as unreasonable path planning,low accuracy and difficulty in the maintenance of various equipment in substation,and the information feedback is not timely.There is no standard system for the path supervision of inspectors,so it is difficult to timely understand the work process,inspection situation and inspection efficiency of inspectors.Therefore,the research of substation inspection system has become an important topic of substation operation and maintenance.In view of the above problems and shortcomings,a digital twin substation inspection model is proposed.(1)Firstly,the existing problems of substation inspection are mined,and the related technologies and concepts of digital twin and the application of 3D modeling software are analyzed;On this basis,the digital twin model of substation is built,and the appearance model of substation equipment is designed by Solid Works.3DMAX enhances the model texture and lightweight processing,and Unity3 D software completes the rendering of internal structure of substation.The object-oriented method is used to build the model.Because the visualization component is built for the device model,no matter when the structure is changed or a new device of the same kind is added,there is no need to create a new visualization component.It can be realized by directly reusing the existing components,which has good scalability.(2)Secondly,the architecture of substation digital twin inspection system is constructed.Through the analysis of physical space,digital space and the relationship between them,the main functions and interactive feedback mechanism of the architecture are clarified,and the database of the digital twin substation inspection system is designed.Aiming at the problem of path planning in substation inspection system,the weight of particle swarm optimization algorithm is adjusted and combined with differential evolution algorithm.A new algorithm is proposed to realize path planning.The improved algorithm can achieve the goal that the shortest distance is gradually reduced with the increase of times,and the final result will converge to the optimal effect.(3)Finally,under the above architecture,the design of the digital twin substation inspection system is completed,including the installation process of the development software,the core module code and the main interface effect. |
