Currently,the world is being heavily pressed by environment pollution and energy crisis.With the advantage of low pollution and high efficiency,electric vehicle has been granted with great concerns in the national construction of low-carbon transport.As the strategic deployment of new energy auto industry has been implemented,the gradually mature charging infrastructure system has become a necessary guarantee in the vigorous promotion of electric automobile.But electric car users,during their driving in cities,still face the problem of failure to arrive at their destinations without timely charging.Compared to studies on route planning of petrol cars,there have been much fewer studies on charging navigation route of electric vehicles on the basis of historical traffic data and real-time traffic information.Energy consumption of electric vehicle varies as the transport environment changes,so it is crucial to make a quick,convenient and reasonable charging navigation route on condition that the travel process is completed with the least energy consumption.This thesis will first give a systematic conclusion of technology in collecting traffic information data under the background of internet of things.Second,based on historical traffic data,current traffic information and link-based travel time prediction,the thesis will apply several-step prediction and scrolling addition to study the method of path-based travel time prediction.Third,the thesis will briefly introduce the basic situation of electric vehicle development etc;path-based travel time and path distance are used to deduce the path average velocity;electric vehicle path energy consumption prediction model is constructed on the basis of dynamic traffic information and the way to set the critical condition of charging alerting is put forward.Then,the previous results are used to estimate the waiting time,charging time and on-road travel time and the route selection model with minimal total energy consumption is constructed.Finally,route selection algorithm is designed to decide the best route of electric vehicle charging navigation.Through constructing city road network,demarcating travel time parameter in various time period,estimating waiting time and charging time after the charging alert is sent,calculating the minimum time according to Dijkstra,basing on the route selection model to decide the best navigation route during the whole travel process-from the starting point to the charging station,and at last to the end point,the rationality of route selection model,applied in navigation charging,is proved.
