The opening of the high-speed rail has significantly improved regional accessibility. However, due to the different economic scale conditions of the location, the impact on the benefits of each region is also different. The heterogeneity of the spatial effect of the high-speed rail has attracted widespread attention. However, there are existing high-speed rail studies. Most of them are aimed at developed regions, and there are few studies on western regions. The Chengdu-Chongqing urban agglomeration is an important platform for the development of the western region. The Chengdu-Chongqing high-speed rail is of great significance in my country’s high-speed rail transportation network. The ChengduChongqing one-hour economic circle has been constructed, which has a greater impact on the economic development and transportation modes of the Chengdu-Chongqing urban agglomeration. In view of this, this paper measures and analyzes the impact of the opening of Chengdu-Chongqing high-speed rail on the accessibility and spatial equity of Chengdu-Chongqing urban agglomeration under the background of high-speed rail interconnection, which has certain value for regional coordinated development.Based on the summary and combing of the existing research results, this paper takes the Chengdu-Chongqing high-speed rail as the research object, and collects and organizes the relevant data of 25 sample cities in the Chengdu-Chongqing urban agglomeration from 2015 to 2019.On the one hand, from the three dimensions of time, space and cost accessibility, select the weighted average travel time model, the accessibility potential model and the spatial structure coefficient, the average travel cost and the relative cost index as the measure of accessibility, combined with Arc GIS 10.4 software and SPSS25.0 software are used to measure the dynamic changes and spatial pattern differences of the Chengdu-Chongqing urban agglomeration before and after the Chengdu-Chongqing high-speed rail carries passengers. On the other hand,by calculating the weighted average travel time and economic potential variation coefficient of each city in the Chengdu-Chongqing urban agglomeration, the coefficient of variation of railway service prices and the high-speed rail consumption capacity index model, the economic linkage strength model, the total economic linkage and the economic membership degree model are used to analyze The degree of traffic fairness, social fairness, and economic fairness in each region is visualized based on Arc GIS 10.4 software, and the impact of the location advantages and accessibility effects of each city before and after the opening of the Chengdu-Chongqing high-speed rail is analyzed. The research results show that the Chengdu-Chongqing high-speed rail has significantly improved the temporal and spatial accessibility of the Chengdu-Chongqing urban agglomeration at the initial stage of its opening, significantly shortening the spacetime distance between cities, but the high-speed rail has improved the overall accessibility and also lifted urban railways.Service prices have widened the gap in relative accessibility levels, showing a “core-periphery” spatial pattern with cities along the highspeed rail as the core and peripheral cities along the line; The unevenness of access to transportation resources by non-stop urban passengers has increased the “corridor effect”of high-speed rail lines.Although high-speed rail can significantly promote urban development, its impact on groups with income gaps shows a certain degree of difference. The unfairness of the railway service consumption capacity of travellers in station cities and non-station cities;the movement of various elements to cities with resource advantages has increased the economic gap between the station cities and non-station cities along the Chengdu-Chongqing high-speed rail line, and the region has gradually evolved into The trend of “the stronger the stronger, the weaker the weaker” has weakened the accessibility of economically underdeveloped cities to a certain extent, which is not conducive to the realization of regional economic equity in the Chengdu-Chongqing urban agglomeration;over time, the spatial structure of the Chengdu-Chongqing urban agglomeration Great changes have taken place. The initial polarization has evolved step by step to the current multi-level,which has promoted the adjustment of the industrial structure between site cities and non-site cities, and enabled the integrated development of the Chengdu-Chongqing urban agglomeration.Reachability and spatial common average gradually tend to be balanced, which objectively verifies the feasibility and necessity of constructing Chengdu-Chongqing high-speed rail;on this basis, the paper focuses on improving infrastructure construction, optimizing high-speed rail planning and layout, and how the city is connected to the background of high-speed rail. The corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward from the perspective of analyzing the development strategy that suits its own characteristics, and then provide reference for optimizing the high-speed rail structure and improving the utilization rate of high-speed rail. |
