In recent years,as the service life of asphalt pavement approaches,a series of diseases such as rutting,cracking and potholes have gradually appeared.The emergence of diseases has a serious impact on the driving of vehicles.In order to solve these diseases,it is necessary to repair and maintain the asphalt pavement.The maintenance of a large area of old asphalt pavement will cause the accumulation of waste materials,which not only leads to waste of resources,but also causes environmental pollution.Therefore,there is a need for an environmentally friendly asphalt construction technology that can not only repair damaged asphalt pavements,but also recycle waste asphalt materials.The foamed asphalt plant mixed cold recycling construction technology can just meet this requirement.Its practicability and environmental protection are widely favored in pavement maintenance projects,and will be an inevitable trend in future pavement construction projects.During the application of foamed asphalt plant cold recycling technology,the equipment involved in the construction includes milling machines,mixers,pavers,road rollers,dump trucks,etc.The application of these equipment can effectively reduce construction costs and improve construction to a certain extent.effectiveness.In the construction process of foamed asphalt mixture,how to configure the construction machinery group reasonably is an urgent problem to be solved.In this paper,the following researches are carried out on the configuration of the cold recycling construction machine group of the foamed asphalt plant:First,this paper by analyzing the climatic characteristics of the western Chongqing area,to find out the cause of the original asphalt pavement disease,and to provide the prerequisites for the smooth construction of the asphalt cold recycling technology in the western Chongqing area.From the perspective of the mechanism and construction technology of the cold asphalt recycling technology,the characteristics of the foamed asphalt cold recycling technology and the emulsified asphalt cold recycling technology are analyzed respectively.According to the difference in the construction technology and the configuration characteristics of the machine cluster,the appropriate cold asphalt recycling technology is selected as the Chongqing Construction technology of highway pavement in western area.After determining the asphalt cold recycling construction technology,this study analyze the working mechanism of each construction link to study the construction characteristics of the equipment.During the construction process,by analyzing the movement law of the pellets of the mixture in each construction step,the influence of the operating parameters of the equipment on the quality of the mixture is determined,which provides a theoretical basis for improving the quality of the mixture.It also proposes an improvement plan for the configuration of the operating parameters of a single machine,laying the foundation for the configuration of the cluster.Then,by establishing a dynamic programming model,the asphalt pavement construction process is divided into multiple sub-problems,each sub-problem is solved separately,and the optimal subsystems are combined to obtain the optimal matching method.After determining the matching method of the entire cluster,the state transition equation is established,the solution of each sub-problem obtained is substituted into the equation as a parameter,the transfer coefficient between the single machines is calculated,and the coupling degree of the entire cluster configuration is analyzed by the transfer coefficient.In order to solve the problem of equipment operating parameters caused by the change of haul distance,a dynamic matching method for the fleet is proposed.Finally,combined with the pavement reconstruction project of the Yujiakou to Zhutuo section of S209 Rongjiang Road in Yongchuan District,the feasibility of the cluster matching method was verified with actual engineering data.
