With the rapid development of economic and urbanization,the amount of construction waste produced by urban infrastructure construction and road renovation and expansion is increasing.If the recycled construction waste can be used as the roadbed fill and material of road base,the problem of construction waste can be solved from the source,which can not only reduce the cost of cleaning and landfill,but also save natural building material resources.It conforms to the strategic policy of "resource saving and environment protection" and "garbage classification" proposed by the party and the state.Recycling of construction waste has outstanding social and environmental benefits.In this paper,the recycling materials of dismantled construction in Wenling City are taken as the research object,and the application technology of recycled materials of construction waste in urban roads is systematically studied.Based on the analysis of the physical properties of recycled construction waste The mixing proportion of recycled construction waste was put forward according to the n method.Combined with the climate characteristics of the study area,the deformation test of the recycled construction waste materials under condition of water immersion was carried out,and the influence of water on the long-term deformation characteristics of roadbed fillers was analyzed.Finite element method was used to numerically simulate the settlement developing process of roadbed model filled with recycled construction waste in different operating periods.The results indicate that the fillers of recycled construction waste can make the urban roadbed maintain well stability.Bricks in recycled construction waste have low strength.The phenomenon of "secondary breaking of bricks" will occur in the process of compaction,which has a great influence on the grading of cement stabilized base materials.A design method of gradation composition of recycled construction waste materials as cement stabilized base material was proposed referred to secondary breaking of bricks and the construction conditions.In order to analyze the road performance of recycled construction waste materials as cement stabilized base material,the mechanical properties,durability and shrinkage tests were carried out under different gradations and different cement doses.Meantime,the tests were compared with those of water-stabilized base material of natural aggregate.The results show that the cement-stabilized recycled construction waste has good mechanical properties and durability,and the difference between cement-stabilized recycled construction waste and natural aggregate is not significant.Finally,the construction points are summarized and sorted out based on the supporting branch road project of Shanglin Road in Wenling City and combined with the construction of test road.Afterward,the construction technology and quality control method of using recycled construction waste as urban roadbed fillers and basic base materials is put forward.
