Study On The Whole Process Quality Management Of Y City Cultural Grand Theater Construction Project

As China’s economy develops faster and faster,and people’s living standards are getting higher and higher,we can find that spiritual needs are now more important to everyone.In the construction industry,the overall effect of the construction of the Cultural Theater has attracted more and more attention.However,looking back at the construction industry at home and abroad,its quality problems have become more prominent.However,the current quality management methods used in cultural theater projects are relatively simple,and there must be management defects.This will easily cause the quality of the theater abbreviation,especially the internal acoustic light design and installation and operation effects of the theater to be unsatisfactory,resulting in unsatisfactory results.The theater experience is poor.Quality management runs through the entire process of construction projects.Therefore,it is very necessary to study the whole process management of cultural theater.This paper takes Y City Cultural Grand Theater Project as the research background.Firstly,the research background,purpose and significance of this paper are described,and the research status of engineering quality control at home and abroad is pointed out.Secondly,it expounds the basic connotation,basic process and work content of project quality management.The quality management of the whole process of the project;Then combined with the investigation of the construction project of Y City Cultural Grand Theater,this paper points out the main problems existing in the quality management of the project in the whole process of construction and analyzes them.Aiming at the problems above cultural theatre engineering,based on consulting a large number of data,combined with their own work experience,and on the basis of expert interview,from the early stage of the project planning phase,project design stage,construction stage,project completion acceptance and later maintenance phase four aspects established cultural theatre engineering quality index system of influencing factors,and through the questionnaire survey,the method of factor analysis data collection,analysis,concluded that cultural theatre project the whole process of quality management of seven impact factor(respectively: Quality pre-preparation factor,personnel factor,material and mechanical equipment quality factor,quality supervision factor,management factor,engineering inspection factor,finished product protection factor).Considering the research results can make managers in the process of project implementation in the future to projects at various stages can clear grasp to focus on quality management,based on the study of seven factors,from the whole process of project quality management,the early stage of the project planning stage,design stage,construction stage,completion acceptance and operation maintenance phase five aspects,and puts forward the quality control measures,for the future cultural theatre on the whole process of project quality management has a certain reference and guidance significance.
