| In the current context,the global energy problems are hot,the scale of power grids is increasing,the construction of UHV projects is constantly improved,and the power system is constantly expanding and integrating.As one of the important electrical equipment,power transformers are faced with inevitable power quality problems and higher standards.The existence of harmonics not only leads to the increase of transformer loss and vibration noise,but also to a certain extent threatens the operation safety of electrical equipment and reduces the service life.How to complete transformer core loss separation under complex working conditions is a complex and important research topic.For electrical steel sheet laminated core and transformer in complex excitation loss accurately calculated and loss when the condition of separation,respectively set up Epstein circle and laminated core loss measurement platform,two models for 27zh95 and 27 zdkh95 electrician,made of laminated steel sheet and its core under sine,superposition of harmonic excitation loss characteristics of real and effective,It provides data support for the production and manufacturing of core materials,and also provides reference for transformer manufacturers.The model is improved on the basis of Bertotti three-phase calculation method,and the loss separation calculation of electrical steel sheet and laminated core under sinusoidal and superimposed harmonic excitation is carried out respectively.Compared with the original model,the accuracy of each calculation result is higher,which has certain significance for the research of transformer loss characteristics.The low frequency excitation voltage was used to simulate the static DC magnetization process to obtain the hysteresis losses of two types of electrical steel sheets,which verified the accuracy of the calculation results.Taking 27ZDKH95 as an example,Magnet software was used to conduct finite element modeling of laminated cores and carry out loss calculation.The calculation results were compared with those in the improved model in this paper.The accuracy of this paper was higher,which provided reference for the modeling and analysis of laminated cores. |
