High-speed electrical machine are used in many fields of society,it is hoped that the electrical machine has stable operation reliability and small size and light weight,small size and light weight means that the power density of the electrical machine is required to be high enough,electrical machines with high power density often have low reliability,ensuring that the electrical machine has a large volume and heavier weight to ensure operational reliability,but too large volume and heavy weight bring operated inconvenience.Therefore,if you want an optimal solution that you want to design when designing a electrical machine,you must conduct an in-depth study of the loss of the electrical machine and require accurate calculations.In this dissertation,a 2-pole 120 kW high-speed permanent magnet synchronous electrical machine is taken as the research object.Aiming at the core loss of the stator region of high-speed permanent magnet synchronous electrical machine,the mathematical model for solving the stator core loss of the electrical machine is determined.Based on the model,the stator core loss is solved.The semi-analytical method further designs four schemes separately.In order to accurately obtain the stator core loss,a plurality of points are determined in different parts of the stator,and the core loss density of each point is obtained,and this is used as a basis for dividing the stator region.The representative points are extracted in each area to analyze the radial magnetic density and tangential magnetic density variation of this position.Further,according to the magnetic tight trajectory,it is reasonable to analyze the division of the area,calculate the core loss of different stator areas,and finally sum up to be accurate.Calculate the stator core loss and compare the finite element software simulation results.In order to clarify the distribution law of the iron core loss of the high-speed high-power permanent magnet electrical machine and its internal mechanism,the electromagnetic field under high-speed and multi-load condition is calculated based on the time-step finite element method,and the high-speed permanent magnet is obtained.The magnetic field distribution of the synchronous electrical machine in multi-load state,and the variation law of the core loss in different parts of the electrical machine under multi-load operation conditions are analyzed.The calculation results show that the running state of the high-speed electrical machine is closely related to the stator core loss,and the reasonable high-speed high-power electrical machine is determined.The yoke structure and the cooling method of the electrical machine stator have certain reference significance.
