After entering the 21 st century,the rapid development of the transportation industry has provided a strong vitality for China’s economic take-off.However,with the rapid development of the transportation industry,such problems as overloading of heavy vehicles,decreasing service life of highway Bridges,and long-term damage of bridge decking under load have become increasingly serious.The traditional bridge deck structure has been unable to meet the needs of today’s increasing traffic volume due to its limitations of self-weight,poor shear resistance and low stiffness.Therefore,in view of the weak bearing capacity,stiffness and other mechanical properties of the traditional bridge decks,this paper analyzes and studies the mechanical properties of the new type of corrugated steel-concrete composite bridge decks,explores the force transmission mechanism,failure mechanism and deformation coordination between the folded steel and concrete in the process of mechanical work,and discusses the influence of the parameters of the composite bridge decks on the mechanical properties,so as to verify the excellent properties of the composite bridge decks in the mechanical properties.In this paper,the shear performance of the stud shear connecting keys used in the new type of composite bridge decks is studied,and the influence of different types of shear connecting keys on the anti-slip and anti-peel performance of the composite bridge decks is analyzed,so as to achieve the optimal configuration of the shear connecting keys in the composite bridge decks.In this paper,based on the engineering background of a bridge,the mechanical properties of the corrugated steelconcrete composite bridge decks used in this bridge are studied.The following is the research content on the mechanical performance of corrugated steel-concrete composite bridge decks in this paper:(1)The finite element model of the whole bridge is established,and the load is applied to the bridge according to the actual stress condition of the project,and the bending moment diagram of the main girder is drawn.The mid-span of the whole bridge is determined to be the most unfavorable position under the action of external load,and the partial bridge deck is intersected at this position for subsequent analysis.Based on the ABAQUS finite element software,the partial bridge deck was modeled,and the relevant material nonlinear theory and model building methods were described in detail.The rationality of finite element modeling was determined according to the comparison between the experimental values and the simulated values.(2)Through the stress analysis of the corrugated steel-concrete composite bridge decks model,it is found that the structural stress and force transmission mechanism of the corrugated steel-concrete composite bridge decks are reasonable,and the coordination performance between the composite bridge decks and concrete is good.By comparing the stress of the corrugated steel-concrete composite bridge decks with the traditional bridge decks,it is concluded that the composite bridge decks have higher bearing capacity,stiffness and less dead weight.(3)By analyzing the parameters of composite bridge decks,the influence of these parameters on the mechanical performance of composite bridge decks is obtained by changing the structural parameters of concrete strength,thickness,strength and thickness of flexed steel,wave height and wave distance of corrugated steel.And the relevant parameters after the study are optimized and compared with the composite bridge deck,so as to optimize the performance of the composite bridge deck.(4)Based on the stud connection keys used in the composite bridge decks,the shear performance of the studs was studied.By combining the structural form of the corrugated steel-concrete composite bridge decks,the model of the pushout test was established and the shear failure mechanism of the studs was studied.The influence of the structural parameters of the studs on the shear performance of the studs was studied by setting up 12 different stud test specimen loading groups.By establishing the model of PBL open-hole steel plate as a shear bond,and comparing it with studs in the same composite bridge deck,the effect of PBL open-hole steel plate and studs on anti-slip and anti-peeling is studied.The influence of PBL perforated steel plate and stud shear key on the bearing capacity of normal section of composite deck slab is also explored.
