As digital technology has brought more and more obvious changes in various industries,the level of informatization in the construction industry has fallen behind other industries,and the informatization reform of the construction industry is imminent.Through literature research,it is found that there are few application cases of BIM technology in cross-sea bridge engineering and insufficient application depth.However,as an important part of government investment projects in the construction of major transportation infrastructure,cross-sea bridge engineering urgently needs to introduce BIM technology to the construction management process.Based on this,this paper proposes a BIM-based research on key technologies for the digital construction and management of cross-sea bridges,and provides a reference for the research of technical solutions for the deep application of BIM technology in cross-sea bridge engineering.This paper analyzes the difficult requirements of cross-sea bridge construction management through literature research,comparative analysis,and case studies,and conducts in-depth research on the BIM digital integrated design method and collaborative construction method.The research results are as follows:(1)The difficulties in the design of cross-sea bridge engineering are heavy workload,poor information interaction,multiple repetitive tasks,poor communication of plans,etc.The requirements revolve around how to quickly carry out plan design,information integration,virtual simulation comparison and selection of multiple plans,and collaborative design The difficulty in the construction stage lies in the large number of parties involved in the construction,the difficulty of coordination and management,the lack of deepening of construction,and the inadequate quality supervision.The demand revolves around the progress control,quality control and cost control of the cross-sea bridge project.(2)Based on the analysis of difficulties and needs,clarify the content and process of digital construction management.In the design stage,rapid modeling tools such as parametric design modeling and visual programming modeling are needed,and geological modeling,real-world modeling,and VR simulation technologies are needed to improve design optimization efficiency.Achieving the three major control goals of schedule,quality and cost in the construction phase requires BIM technology construction simulation simulation,deepening BIM model,three-dimensional laser scanning,construction cloud platform and other technologies.(3)After analyzing the existing BIM digital integrated design software and collaborative construction platform,six major types of BIM digital design methods for cross-sea bridge engineering and seven major types of digital collaborative construction methods are proposed.The application of the above technical methods will improve design efficiency,strengthen construction process management and control,provide efficiency guarantee for the construction and management process of cross-sea bridge engineering,and provide direction for the digital reform of cross-sea bridge engineering.
