| According to the experience on the building of cross-sea bridges in history, the paper made research on the design and construction of cross-sea bridge substructure. It gave a detail introduce on the method of design and construction of cross-sea bridge substructure, which is devided into navigation part and unnavigation part. After synthetically analysed the ability of different kind of substructure, the suitable scheme is proposed by appraising of use condition, shorten construction duration and economy. In the end, the practice project of East China Sea Bridge is given as an example of the detail use of the method of design and construction metioned before.The environment of sea is extremely awful so that the substructure of cross-sea bridges has to accept the load bigger than in the river, and it is under the threat of corrosion. The navigation part and the unnavigation part are different in the demanding of ship traffic, the amount of work and the number of substructures, so it makes rearch on the design method apartly.The constant time for construction is delimited, and the wind affection is also more serious than it is in the river, so the construction method has to be screened out to fit for the sea environment. The sea environment compels the structure to be built and be integrity much faster. Furthermore, the long distance and large amount of transport of concrete made construction much more difficult, so it had better to choose the prefabricate members.According the synthetically rearch on design and construction of the different kinds of substructures, the suitable scheme of substructure of cross-sea bridge is proposed based on the analysis of technique use condition and economy.Through the analysis and research on design and construction of cross-sea bridge substructure, the conclusion and proposal are given to the key points of design and construction. |
