Deduction Of The Original Appearance Of Courtyard Houses In Dabao Island Area

During the development of the modern city,Qingdao has undergone many changes in historical periods,so its historical buildings are also unique,containing a rich architectural culture,and possessing high construction techniques and technologies.Courtyard-style residences in the Dabao Island area are the main types of modern residential buildings in Qingdao.As an important part of urban style buildings,most of them need to be renovated and reinforced after time changes.However,when protecting and repairing it,the original preservation of the original appearance of the building is often lacking,which damages the historical features of the building and the detailed components of the internal space with historical value.This project takes courtyard houses in Dabao Island area of Qingdao as the research object,and systematically organizes and classifies courtyard houses from the perspectives of dynamic era evolution and static architectural characteristics.On the one hand,it includes cognitive research on architectural entities,and on the other On the one hand,it includes deduction research on the original appearance of the building.By analyzing the evolution of buildings in different periods,summarizing the style and morphological characteristics of buildings at various stages,and analyzing the formation and development motivations of architectural characteristics in combination with the original appearance deduction,the historical appearance of courtyard-style residences in the Dabao Island area is restored.In this project,the original appearance of the courtyard-style residence Guangxingli in the Dabao Island area is deduced,combined with historical archives and current research,to analyze the style characteristics,morphological characteristics,material characteristics,construction rules and internal structure of the building entity in historical segmentation.Analyze the social and cultural motivations of the historical changes of its buildings.The original historical appearance of Guangxingli is deduced from the four aspects of space,facade,detail and materials,which provides the basis for the original preservation of historical buildings for the protection and renewal of Guangxingli.In this way,the strategy and method for deducing the original appearance of courtyard houses in Dabao Island area are established,and rational and standardized technical and theoretical support are provided for the protection and renewal of courtyard houses.
