| With the development of modern economy and science and technology,solar power generation technology has achieved rapid development in recent years because it can maximize the use of solar energy resources.However,solar photovoltaic system is very easy to be affected by local shielding,dust cover and other factors in use,resulting in photovoltaic array generation power imbalance,output power fluctuation and other problems.Therefore,the study of the output characteristics of photovoltaic array and the changes in the power generation performance of photovoltaic array under complex lighting conditions is helpful to further improve the efficiency of photovoltaic power generation system,reduce the loss of system power generation,and lay the foundation for further MPPT control of photovoltaic array.The main research contents are as follows:(1)The basic principle of solar photovoltaic power generation is described,and the simulation model of photovoltaic cells is built using Matlab/Simulink,and the output characteristics of photovoltaic cells under complex lighting conditions are analyzed and studied.(2)On the basis of the photovoltaic cells above,a grid-connected photovoltaic power generation system model was established.MATLAB/ Simulink was used to build a photovoltaic array simulation model composed of 60 photovoltaic cells in series,and its output characteristics were studied.Firstly,according to the derivation of the different output characteristic equations of the serial photovoltaic array under complex lighting conditions,the output characteristic model of the photovoltaic array under complex lighting conditions was established.Secondly,the changes of the main physical parameters of the photovoltaic array are obtained through simulation under various complex lighting conditions.Finally,the results are summarized and analyzed.(3)PSCAD was used to establish a photovoltaic array simulation model with MPPT function.The photovoltaic array was also composed of 60 photovoltaic cells in series.The output characteristics of the photovoltaic array with MPPT function are simply simulated when the illumination changes and the instantaneous changes,which lays a theoretical foundation for more detailed simulation of the maximum power point tracking of the photovoltaic array under various complex illumination conditions.The above research is of great significance to improve the efficiency of photovoltaic system. |
