| With the continuous construction of the grand blueprint of the “eight vertical and eight horizontal” high-speed railway network,high-speed railways have become the primary choice for Chinese residents to travel due to their convenience,comfort,and speed.The travel demand of high-speed railway passengers is no longer limited to singular displacement.Emphasize the service experience of the whole process.As a key node in the high-speed railway network,the high-speed railway station is an important place where passengers and railway transportation companies have a high degree of service contact.The standardization,efficiency,differentiation and adjustment of its equipment configuration not only affects the efficiency of railway transportation companies operation and management,it also determines passenger travel service perception experience and high-speed rail travel loyalty.Based on the concept of service capacity,this article regards the inbound links of the high-speed rail station as a service system,comprehensively considers the service system components such as service equipment,service personnel,service organization methods,service quality standards,etc.,and studies the inbound service capacity and equipment configuration of the high-speed rail station.The specific content is as follows:(1)Systematic research on the basic theory of inbound equipment configuration of high-speed railway stations based on service capacity.From the perspective of the service system,the concept of high-speed passenger transport service capacity is proposed,and the service content and characteristics of each link of the high-speed rail station are classified into the station equipment,and the concept and characteristics of the service capacity of the station equipment are put forward.(2)Propose a calculation method for the inbound service capacity of high-speed railway passenger stations.Inbound ticket inspection,security inspection,ticket inspection,and escalators are regarded as service systems,and two parameters of service adjustment coefficient and actual escalator utilization rate are introduced to propose a calculation method for the service capacity of each link in the station.Use Any Logic to simulate the service capacity of each link in the station with or without assistance from service personnel at Huaihua South Station,and calibrate the service adjustment coefficients of different passenger flows and different types of luggage carried by passengers to quantify the assistance effects and rules of service personnel..The reference value of the adjustment coefficient of ticket checking service: 0.050,0.105,0.106.Through realistic statistics on the use of escalators,a reference value of the actual utilization of escalators is given: 0.246.(3)Construct a high-speed rail passenger station inbound equipment configuration model.The equipment configuration plan of the high-speed railway passenger station should adapt to the fluctuation of passenger flow in different periods,with certain differences and adjustability.Based on the objectives of the interests of both the railway transportation enterprise and the passengers in the railway passenger transportation contract,a model of independent configuration and coordinated configuration of high-speed rail passenger station inbound equipment during the planning and operation periods is constructed.Based on the idea of branch and bound method.A dynamic simulation model solving algorithm based on "dynamic simulation" and "static calculation" as a supplement is proposed,and the evaluation index of the configuration plan is constructed from the two aspects of railway transportation enterprise operation management and passenger perception experience.(4)Take Guangzhou South Railway Station as an example to study the issue of equipment opening during its operation period.With the help of Any Logic,it provides the optimal open plan for independent configuration and coordinated configuration of inbound equipment during the Spring Festival new crown pneumonia epidemic,and comprehensively analyzes the advantages and disadvantages and applicable scope of the independent configuration and coordinated configuration models of inbound equipment.In addition,study the influence of passenger flow control fluctuations on the equipment service capacity at the entrance of the station.The results show that setting flow-restricted areas and "S"-shaped passages when the relevant conditions are met has a certain effect on the smoothness of passenger inbound flow lines,and can reduce the number of inbound equipment configurations.Finally,study the impact of passenger flow fluctuations on the equipment configuration,,and give different passenger flow inbound service equipment and service personnel application plans,so that the research results take into account the particularity and universality of the research results. |
