| With the continuous improvement of people’s living standards,the number of car ownership and the total number of motorists are increasing in China.People pay more and more attention to the safety of vehicles.The passive safety testing items of vehicles are gradually increasing,and the most effective means of detecting vehicle safety is the crash test.Different types of fixed barrier crash tests require different barrier devices.Therefore,the barrier devices need to be replaced frequently in fixed barrier walls.Barrier devices are generally large in size,heavy in weight,and the installation accuracy of the barrier is high,which makes the test process time-consuming and laborious.In this paper,a rotary barrier integrating with multiple impact surfaces is designed.By rotarythe wall barrier matrix to replace the impact surface,the purpose of rapid replacement of wall barrier equipment is achieved,and the barrier can be positioned quickly and accurately by positioning device.Based on the test methods of vehicle safety standard regulations and evaluative regulations,combined with the actual crash test,two rotary barrier schemes are designed.By comparing the reliability,rotational stability,convenience,structural complexity and other factors,finally,the barrier scheme is determined,which combines the barrier base with the rotary structure.The barrier base,rotary mechanism,positioning device,power device and supporting structure are designed.The three-dimensional modeling software Solid Works is used to model and assemble the components.The finite element analysis software Ansys is used to analyze the force of the supporting structure of the barrier.At the same time,the maximum collision force analysis of the front rigid collision and the offset collision is carried out on the model.The structure with more concentrated force is optimized to strengthen the support strength of the supporting structure and improve its stress condition.In the static analysis,the locating pin is subjected to a large stress,but there is no obvious deformation and movement of the barrier base.Workmesh is used to establish crash models of the rotary barrier and the vehicle,and the front rigid crash test is simulated.LS-dyna software is used to solve the problem.Through the analysis of the crash force-time curve and the crash acceleration-time curve of the crash simulation test of the rotary barrier and the rigid barrier wall,it is verified that the variation of the collision force and the acceleration curve in the simulated crash test of the rotary barrier is consistent with the law of the rigid fixed barrier crash test.Moreover,the barrier base does not move,rotate and deform during the crash,and the bearing condition of the slewing bearing is also within a reasonable range.Therefore,the rotary barrier can be used as a fixed barrier wall.According to the transmission route of the crash force,the limit device is added to the barrier,the force of the positioning pin is reduced,and the reliability and durability of the barrier are improved.The manufacturing process and assembly process of the main support components in the barrier are analyzed and explained.Through simulation analysis and optimization design,the reliability of the rotary barrier designed in this paper is verified.It can play the role of fixing the barrier wall in the car crash test,and can quickly and easily replace the barrier device and improve the test efficiency. |
